From start to end, this place has been easy to deal with. Alex, the front desk gal was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me understand what the limitations where with my insurance. Dr Harmon was friendly, engaging and inviting. He was very clear with what he was doing and didn't push you beyond your comfort zone. On the third visit I was finally able to allow him to work my neck. Then, off to Theresa for a therapeutical massage. This gal is good and works points much like others I've seen. Where this medical provider fails is in their disjointed (chiro pun) billing practice and the fact that they will send a $10 co-pay bill to collections, even though I paid all of my co-pays to the Doctor in the office. Their billing staff was never around when I received my adjustments and I would never leave the office without paying for the adjustment. Almost a year later, I receive a collection notice for $84 and was shocked to find out that is for one of my $10 co-pays + fees + interest that I supposedly didn't pay. I attempted to call the Drs office, no answer or call back to the messages that I left. I disputed the fee with the collection agency and requested the original bill from the Drs. office. The statement that was sent to me was for one of the co-pays that I did pay cash, and no I did not have my original cash receipt. I paid the collector and was told that this would not show up on my credit report. Today, almost three years later, I am in the process of purchasing a home and this shows up on my credit report. All because of poor medical billing practices. There are so many other great chiropractic doctors in Klamath you should not even consider this poorly run office. JH
