My first visit to Advanced Chiropractic. I was taken to an exam room approximately 12 minutes after my scheduled morning appointment. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. The place was well kept and clean and had a very modern feel to it. After dealing with many chiropractors over the years, this is the first that I've visited that had a Xray machine. Having been plagued with back pain for many years, it was nice to be diagnosed from a more visual perspective, too. Dr. Yewchuk was extremely interested in my quality of life and he spent several minutes going over my history and a plan. My Xray's were immediately available and Dr. Yewchuck explained in detail, my problem areas. Where other Chiropractors falls short, Advanced Chiropractic stands above the rest. They have several types of therapy available right there in the office. I had heat and electrical stimulation prior to my adjustment. Something that very few others offer as part of their typical adjustment routine. It's not your typical walk in the door, exam showing "One leg is longer than the other" spiel followed by hitting the adjustment bed, pull, crack and groan and pay as you walk out the door. There was no pressure to return however, Dr. Ywechuck explained the benefits of aggressively addressing my current issues and then relaxing the frequency of visits once things were better. His office handles all of the insurance paperwork and their office hours work well with my work schedule allowing me to visit without having to miss work. Very welcoming staff and clean environment. Being involved in a accident resulting in injuries requiring therapy. I began seeking care providers. Going through multiple providers throughout Klamath for the proper care needed for recovery was stressful. Dr. Yewchuk took the time and care needed, too get me back to my prosperous life. They also treated me like family and not just a patient. They went above and beyond expectations and even after my last visit for my recovery, they still called and made sure everything was going well. April 19th, 2021. I am new to Klamath Falls. At age 66, I have had many years of chiropractic care. When I went into this business for the first time today, half of the young staff, about four people that I could see from the front desk, were not wearing masks. This is the first time since Covid was an issue nationally that I have been in a medically affiliated service that has been so nonchalant about Covid protocol and the acceleration of its prevalence in our small town. The receptionist suggested I take my concerns to the doctor. I chose instead, to leave and find another provider. I was recently in an automobile accident in which I injured my neck and back. I tried applying heat for several days, but the pain and tightness keep getting worse. I looked on the internet for local chiropractors and chose Advanced Chiropractic. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the next day. I was greeted when I approached the front desk and felt right at home. The staff was amazing! I was feeling like I really lucked out choosing Advanced Chiropractic and felt that even more after I met Dr. Yewchuk. Dr. Yewchuk took tested my range of motion and took xrays. I then had electro and heat therapy and then I lucked out again and there was a massage opening. These treatments made a huge difference; I could move better and my headache was gone. Dr. Yewchuk then showed me my xrays and explained them to me. He then did an adjustment for me and when my neck and back did not easily adjust he didn't force it. He explained that it would take awhile to get my neck and back straightened out. He had me schedule an appointment for tomorrow just so he could see how I was doing. I have never been to a chiropractor that was so personable, did their own xrays and offered the additional types of treatment Dr. Yewchuk does.
