Left a message for a callback to discuss. No callback. Called again and was put on hold with annoying music for at least 5 minutes. Hung up and called back. Same person answered with please hold. I asked if they could call me back. Answer was "I'm with a patient, please hold". I don't think so. Obviously there's a staffing issue. I'm just too old and cranky to sit around listening to bad music. (And I'm still mad about the $100).

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's for almost 20 years, he is a wonderful chiropractor/person with an excellent staff. The "video sales presentation" mentioned by the previous commenter is nothing of the sort. It is a 10 min EDUCATIONAL video the doctor uses to help explain his diagnostic findings to new patients who may be unfamiliar with chiropractic treatment. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, the people are passionate about chiropractic without being over bearing. Visits are adjustment oriented and generally I am able to get in and out quickly. Dr. Smith is a versatile adjuster. Over the years I have seen him adjust infants, children, people of all shapes, sizes and age. An adjustment does not need to be aggressive to be effective (nod to the previous comment). I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone interested in chiropractic care.

Heather really listened and made me feel comfortable. Then, Heather took my paperwork to the doctor. They spoke for under five minutes before they came in the room. Almost immediately, Dr. Jenn began telling me about all of these tests that I needed. She never: took my blood pressure or temperature, asked me how much I weighed or examined me in anyway. Then she told me how the testing is going to cost thousands of dollars. This is not a practice for the middle class. They should have to acknowledge that.
