After I forwarded a lipid (cholesterol) blood test requested by my primary doctor to Dr. Taddeo so she could adjust my statin prescription, she refused to increase the strength of my statin, nor reduce its strength based on the blood work unless I came into her Bronxville, NY office in person so she would receive her fee for my office visit. I had already provided her full fees for 3 prior office visits during the year 2025 with my most recent visit on Sept 2025. In October 2025 she received my lipid blood work but refused to discuss my lipid dose requirement with me by phone and then voided my lipid prescription and several months of prescription renewals from the Fleetwood Pharmacy. Her actions may have put my life in danger since I had to scramble to find an alternate doctor to provide me with my statin and for some time I had no statins to take. I am age 71 and the statin prescription helps me fight the following illnesses: high cholesterol, two leaky heart valves, one coronary heart artery partial blockage and partial blockages in both my carotid arteries. HER PATIENTS NEED TO MOVE ON TO A CARDIOLOGIST WITH COMPASSION WHO CARES FOR THEIR PATIENT'S LONGEVITY.

I opted for Cardiologist Dr.George Juang on Zocdoc &…read morescheduled a consultation nearing three months ahead. Dr.Juang was fiable, he called me minutes after I booked the meeting & wanted to validate my attendance. I said that I will be present & thanked him for his gesture of goodwill. On August 2016 I went to the 136-30 Maple Ave. office in Queens (zone Wisteria Gardens). At the waiting room a lovable event planner acknowledged my presence. Later on Dr.George introduced me to her as his wife Gloria. In a few minutes, a responsible assistant Angus typed in a laptop my health history. He guided me towards another room & acquainted me with Dr.Juang whom has a good neighborly personality & a friendly face. We in private discussed my health. My heartbeat alters in speed depending on circumstances such as while I stood at the hospital because of severe Anemia & had sinus tachycardia. Dr.Juang asked me if I agree embarking on taking the electrocardiogram test which I did. I laid on the examination bed & his wife Gloria entered assisting in the test by extending to me two elongated towels to cover my privates & I raised my dress below the brassiere. Various electrodes were adhered to my skin throughout my body by Dr.Juang & his wife. They both did a spectacular collaborative work. Dr.Juang provided me a graph sheet of the results as an unconfirmed interpretation of sinus arrhythmia. My heart rate changes depending on my situation & health conditions. Dr.Juang (as I requested) was polite to send a note of my visit to my physician Dr.Lin (whom he said he had heard of before) & to my internist (who is nearby in Dr.Juang's area). I value Dr.Juang & Gloria they are so sincere & humble. I have called both on the telephone & emailed Dr.Juang. Once I called Dr.Juang on his phone & he was at the hospital in middle of a medical procedure & we briefly spoke. Soon, he texted his wife & she called me to book the next appointment. I came for a follow-up cardiology visit. Previously Dr.Juang called me to verify it & I said I was on the highway. On another visit I came for the Echocardiogram & Gloria kindly told me that just one more person & I am next. At the office a technician called Max (appeared to be European) told me to please change into a paper made vest & to remove all upper clothing including the brassiere -he withdrew & in a few minutes knocked on the door. He asked my health data & I laid sideways with the wobbly paper vest & he decently placed transducer on top of my left semi-bare breast. I asked why I had to lay sideways, he said for better heart & lung position & to make myself comfortable. I questioned if the machine was working properly because it sounded erratic. He said it was & explained that he would capture 80 or so images. I heard my heart & said it was an unusual sound, he responded that it seems I have a strong heart. He asked me to lay with my back upwards & he placed transducer on my bare chest & he said to breath & hold it for three times to take snapshots & we finished. I sat & saw that my chest, breast had sticky gel. I stated that I was dirty & he nicely extended a towel & departed. I cleaned & threw out the paper vest & dressed. When I opened the door Max was there & I said if this was all & he said to return to other room to check with assistant. Max was pleasant. Gloria led me to other room where Angus took my pressure & I had to take partially off my suit, he said I was all in pieces since I had this cardigan with crochet holes to make it easier for Echo. Then, came Dr.Juang asking if Echo went fine. Gloria booked me as his last patient at 5:00PM. However, due to flood like rain I delayed much more. Angus called me & I told him I was on the highway. Angus & another secretary was there. Dr.Juang extended to me my results at the office (cardiac ultrasound worksheet) in a formal 1950s like brown print. He said he wanted it to look good. He turned off the lights & in the laptop showed my sonogram & explained the Doppler effects. Comments was mild TR/MR otherwise normal lv size & lv systolic function. Dr.George used Dr.David M.Chiang (gynecologist) office. Thus,I asked if he knew Dr.David since I would like a vaginal consultation. Dr.Juang told me he knows the guy very well & that he will text him on his cellphone regarding my interest on a check-up. Dr.Juang told me he responds in a few minutes. Dr.Juang asked me if I have seen a picture of the doctor I responded no. Therefore, Dr.Juang led me to the office, corridors showing me photos of Dr.David with public figures & of his wife. Dr.David texted back that his policy was that he could not accept new patients (it closed now). I thanked Dr.Juang & said I will book elsewhere. Nonetheless, I already had a vaginal check-up in my earlier years. Moreover, Dr.Juang & I came into accordance to schedule in the future a holter monitor reading. Dr.Juang & his wife are A+ excellent!

My experience with Dr. Edward Rutkovsky was so astonishingly bad that I feel obligated to warn…read moreevery potential patient before they walk into his office. His staff called ME and told me I needed to come in for a blood pressure follow-up. I rearranged my day, arrived on time, and then sat there for over an hour while Dr. Rutkovsky was nowhere to be found. No update, no courtesy, no apology -- nothing. When he finally decided to show up, he gave me under three minutes. Three minutes. After making me wait an hour. For a medically serious situation that is actively impacting my daily life. But the part that truly floored me -- the part that still has me shaking my head -- was hearing a cardiologist in 2025 tell me he "doesn't think POTS is real." Read that again. A heart doctor, in the year 2025, claimed that POTS -- a condition recognized by every major medical institution in the world -- isn't real. This is a condition validated by: * The American Heart Association * NIH * Cleveland Clinic * Mayo Clinic * Johns Hopkins * Stanford Medicine * Vanderbilt Autonomic Center * And literally decades of peer-reviewed research For a cardiologist to deny the existence of a thoroughly documented autonomic disorder is beyond outdated -- it's reckless. It signals a terrifying lack of continued education. It also explains exactly why he provided zero guidance, zero referrals, zero effort, and frankly zero care. He admitted he doesn't know much about dysautonomia but still didn't point me toward a single specialist. Not a name. Not a phone number. Not even, "You should see someone else." Just dismissal and confusion. My symptoms are severe. They are life-altering. And I walked out feeling ignored, belittled, and genuinely concerned for any patient who relies on him for anything beyond routine blood pressure readings. And honestly? After this experience, it's no surprise his Google rating is a 2.7 out of 5. It's painfully clear I'm not the only patient who's been treated with this level of disregard. I am requesting a full refund for a visit that was not just unhelpful, but emotionally damaging and medically irresponsible. If you value your time, your health, or a doctor who actually practices evidence-based medicine, stay far away from Dr. Edward Rutkovsky. This was not just a bad visit -- it was a red flag I don't want anyone else to miss.
