NOT ONLY THAT, it shows that had been done and accepted online with green checkmarks. But while speaking with someone about a loan on the phone, he kept repeatedly stating that it had NOT been done. And supposedly had trouble with their system uploading my information. While verifying my bank electronically, I actually had to log into my bank using my secure password, which I did not at all feel comfortable with. And although I had more than supplied the required information, they still wanted the SAME information AGAIN that I had already sent them and they had as one lady I had spoken with confirmed. It is my opinion that they are very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unfriendly. I only wanted a simple answer - yes or no. Finally my frustration got the better of me and my patience was worn way too thin, so I called someone else. And guess what? I got the loan in minutes. No hassle, no frustration, no repeatedly sending the same information multiple times and feel as though I was being put through a ringer. In minutes! I would definitely NOT recommend these folks at all!
