I filed for bankruptcy last week and they just now tried yo put through another unauthorized payment so they owe me at least $80 of course they will not reimburse me for. Money hungry machine.

Additionally, I verified my bank account TWICE - not once, but TWICE electronically which by the way SHOWS UP ON MY PRINTOUT OF MY STATEMENT ONLINE WITH THEIR NAME. NOT ONLY THAT, it shows that had been done and accepted online with green checkmarks. But while speaking with someone about a loan on the phone, he kept repeatedly stating that it had NOT been done. And supposedly had trouble with their system uploading my information. While verifying my bank electronically, I actually had to log into my bank using my secure password, which I did not at all feel comfortable with. And although I had more than supplied the required information, they still wanted the SAME information AGAIN that I had already sent them and they had as one lady I had spoken with confirmed. It is my opinion that they are very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unfriendly. I only wanted a simple answer - yes or no. Finally my frustration got the better of me and my patience was worn way too thin, so I called someone else. And guess what? I got the loan in minutes. No hassle, no frustration, no repeatedly sending the same information multiple times and feel as though I was being put through a ringer. In minutes! I would definitely NOT recommend these folks at all!
