Young associate, installing headlight on Toyota 4-Runner, pulled so hard on wire assembly he bared…read morethe wires on the connector ! He said he couldn't reach the part and was not allowed to move the battery ( unneccesary unles you have large hands - which he does mot ... He is a young, wiry guy.... ), so he couldn't put in my headlight. This is all total bull ! The part is easily reached and the wire was plenty long enough. Now I have to spend $200 to have my wire harness repaired, because of his idea of a joke . Do not allow these people to touch your car ! They are either idiots or jerks ( both ?) and have no business being in the auto part business ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

I waited a very long time to post this to give the business and the Line-x Corp a chance to make…read morethings right. Beware this business does not do quality or safe work. I had a Bed liner and a set of running boards installed here. First, let's start with the bed liner. My pickup has the access ports for tie down straps which are covered by rubber plugs in the bed. These guys just sprayed right over the top making the plugs permanently stuck in place. But that's not where the real issue is. I have a fifth wheel hitch that has two anchors for safety chains. They had to unbolt them so the bed liner would look right. No big deal right? When they put them back in they failed to tighten the nuts that hold the safety chains in place....you know the things that prevent a runaway trailer from killing people. They are great big nylock nuts that were only finger tight. Can you imagine what would happen if a 40 foot camper came unhooked and the safety chains failed???? I videoed the problem and sent it to this businesses FB messenger which was seen with no response. Mind you this is after I called and left messages to call me back. But I should feel good right....my bed liner came with a lifetime warranty!!! Now for the running boards. I had purchased a used set of running boards which they said they could install no problem. By the way they advertise they install these. I paid for an hour of labor for something they spent 20 minutes on. Yes just 20 minutes. The running boards have a center support that they didn't put in. They tried telling me it was the wrong support first. Then it was there are old bolts that were to hard to get out to put them in. So I drove over and got my supports back from them. I was on the ground on a piece of cardboard with subpar tools and it took me 20 minutes to remove the old bolts and to put the supports in. Guess what the supports were right! They worked 20 minutes for $100. That works out to $300 dollars an hour! I paid this business over $600 and I'm really wishing I'd of gone elsewhere. So much for trying to help local businesses during this time of trouble. Now I really didn't want to label all LineX places like this. So I reached out to their corporate headquarters and filed a complaint. I was told the regional manager would be reaching out to me. Well that was over a week ago and no phone call! I'm hoping with the current state of affairs that he or she has just been busy!!! I'm really debating about filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I will NEVER be buying a car or recommend anyone buy a car from this place…read more I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought my car on 4/1/22. It was a 2011 Mazda 3. Me and my mother test drive it and it was fine. My sister had bought a car there with limited problems. I told Sunny(the owner) that I had $5,500 to spend and that was after taxes. He told me then that I could pay the $5,500 for the car and he'll give me about a month to come back and pay the taxes. He asked that I pay in cash. I said okay. So I bought the car on 4/1/22 and as I was driving it home it started making this screeching noise. So I called my mechanic and they said that they were closing up for the weekend but I could bring it by Monday. I dropped it off in the parking lot Saturday morning and they got to it first thing Monday morning. They came back and said that there was $1,241.18 with of repairs. (First picture below) I called sunny and he said to bring it in and he'll fix it but that it was in perfect condition and it is an older car so it will have some problems. I sent the quote to him. He had my car for about 3-4 days. When I picked it up it was still making the same screeching noise, so I called Sunny and told him that it is still making the same noise. He said to keep driving it and it'll go away, that the belt was wet because it had rained. I called my mechanic and they looked at it again. He hadn't fixed everything. They quoted it to be $445.41. (Second picture) He did not replace the breaks or rotors or realign the car after putting new tires on, which he said I owed him $100 for ONE tire. I called him and told him and he said that the car didn't need to be realigned because he had realigned it when I bought it. I explained that he put new tires on it so it needed to be aligned again. And he told me no that's not how it works. I let it go and asked about the breaks and rotors. He said that he would do it for $99 each(the front and back) I told him no I will not be paying the $99 because before I even bought the car he said he would fix any issues with it. He said that he could not do it for free because he was only making about $800 off this sale. I said that we could go to court. He said fine then. The next day I had text him that I was in the way to pay the rest of what I owed him (the taxes) and he called me and said that he would do the front breaks for free but would not do the back breaks. I let it go and said okay that is fine. It was there for about 3 days again. Fast forward to 7/16/22 I was driving back from Virginia Beach and my red break light came on the dash. I called my mechanic again brought the car in. They said all the break lines were leaking and they had been crossed to try and stop leaking and that the abs module looks as if it was damaged in a wreck. My mechanic said there's no way you could've done this in 3 month unless the car had been wrecked, which I have not wrecked it. They quoted it another $1,484.41 (last picture) they recommended I not drive it until it was fixed. My mother had texted Sunny on 7/19/22 and asked that the $100 I owed him the the tire be waived and he send the title. And he said okay, he was holding my title because I owed him $100. He said that he would send it in the mail. I called him on 8/16/22 and told him I'd still not received the title. He said that he put it in the mail last week, so that would have been between 8/7-8/13. He said it should be in the mail in about a day or 2. I called him again on 8/31/22 and said I had still not received the title and that this was ridiculous. He said that it came from Richmond, which is not true because he had my title when I paid him the taxes and he has his dmv license. He said that he wishes he never dealt with this and I need to go to the dmv website and request a title. And I told him about the breaking system and he said that can't be true because he had it inspected by Goodyear and it was fine. I told him id send him the quote if he wanted it and he told me to go to the dmv website for my title and hung up on me This whole process has been an absolute nightmare. I told him when I was buying a car I needed a safe, reliable car as I have 2 kids that are in it regularly. He sold me a piece of junk and has taken no responsibility. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

So I called them and they said they would send another engine but his boss said they could get another 400 out of me for the other engine I still haven't received my money back or another engine and my daughter can't even come home on leave to visit on last time before she leaves to go to Korea for 9 months because she has no car the engine was for her car I made a BBB report I'm waiting my daughter is in the army I wish I could see her before she leaves next month but this business is a scam don't shop here
