I said that nothing was said when I was there about me having to have them removed, she said that they can do it for 150 more. I told her it is not the money it was the fact that a salesman and the guys that came to measure said nothing about me having them removed. well I went on and bought the tops. the men showed up to install which they did and cut on the site. the tops looked good. i also bought under counter sinks from them. When they said they were finished I noticed that they did not caulk between the splash guard and wall and did not hook up my sinks that I bought from them. Also this was not told to me at anytime. Now you would think that having spent almost $7000 with them they could have chalked and hooked up the sinks. I guess they do not need anymore business. I will say again the tops looked good. There communication to clients is terrible.

This was my first experience in dealing with Champion Trailers, in Sidel, LA. I must say that…read morepurchasing axles from Hawaii was quite an experience. In researching replacement axles for my tandem axle boat trailer, hands down Champion trailers had the most superior product that even with the logistics that was required of getting it to Maui was definitely worth it. The shipping carrier lost my initial shipment. Which I completely understand due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The folks at Champion trailers were very attentive in helping to resolve my issue. They were in constant contact with the shipper and a replacement set was promptly re sent to my freight forwarder. Upon receipt of the axles in Hawaii, I would definitely say that it was worth the extra effort, time and additional cost to purchase it from them. Their axles is in my opinion far superior to anything you could get in the islands at a comparable price even with the additional shipping charges required. I don't anticipate needing another set of axles for quite a long time, but if I do I will definitely be looking at Champion trailers for my future trailer needs. Thanks again, Aloha and Mahalo.
