I called immediately and told them I saw the scratches on the side about 3 feet in the length and that they had been covered up. They denied it. I took it to an auto body shop and they clearly explained why it was so obvious that it had been covered. I'm only writing this because I want people to know when they deal with Croton auto they are not going to be treated well. They lied and refused to own up when I called them out. Absolutely stay away from this place because they will sell you anything they can regardless of the hidden damages. Rob you will be missed! ----------------------------- UPDATE 5/29/16 - for some mysterious reason the 3 original reviews that gave "Briarcliff Auto Services" 1-2 STARS mysteriously disappeared into thin air. I know of two women who brought their cars to Briarcliff in April 2016 and were not happy with the service they provided or the way they do business. Here are the following reasons why these two women were not happy: 1) The office asked them to bring a "check" to pay for the services performed on their cars (which they both refused to do - they paid by credit card.) 2) One of the ladies had an unauthorized charge on her bill for OVER $50 just for them to look at the car, they gave her some BullSxxt story on why the charge was there - Honestly, if it were me I would dispute the charge with my credit card company or bring them to Small Claims Court for services not authorized! 3) They had to ask the office to give them an itemized receipt for what the work that was performed on their cars. Briarcliff tried to hand them a bill with just the Total Payment Due.
