They returned the defective compressor, but would not refund what I paid $100 for the Freon because they said the cans were empty it was used well. I wasted the Freon because I put it in a defective compressor. They refused to refund my money when they should have because it was their fault. They have no honor they have poor customer service I have called the regional manager, and if I don't hear from him, I will go above his head till I get a resolution I would never buy auto parts or anything there ever again never .

I bought a $250 A/C compressor for my 2015 Silverado here, had it professionally installed at…read moreKauffman tire only to find out it was defective. This also cost me $305 in labor. Shops all around town use this Orielly store for their parts, and when a part is defective Orielly sends a new part which Orielly covers plus added labor due to the defective part having to be removed and reinstalled. Not for its customers though. If you buy a part from them and have it professionally installed, the only way to get reimburse for it is to pay the labor AGAIN, just to have it removed, then return it and pay for labor AGAIN to get the new part installed just to hope this one is not defective as well. That would put me at $305 in labor 3x = $915 PLUS $250 for the compressor. I do not have the money to pay for 3x the extra labor so I am still without A/C and $550 down the drain because of their faulty parts and policies to help customers. This store is unfair to customers and only help out their friends in town that have shops. I have been a loyal customer to this store for years and can not believe how terribly I was treated over this matter that could have been easily resolved.
