I was warmly greeted when I walked in and the gentleman at the counter made sure I had everything my husband needed. They have a tool rental component. The tools my husband was needing are expensive and not something you need often so he was able to rent them. You pay the amount the tools are worth when you pick them up but then you are credited the amount back when you return them. Our car is 20 yrs old, so we didn't want to spend a huge sum of money. The screw would have to be tapped with special equipment and extra special skill in a very tight space.
