So here is my Goldilocks story…read more Looking for a specific auto touch up paint I drove south from the Wildwood railroad yard. With auto parts stores I am not looking to see a big counter and tiny shopping space. The first place had virtually zero for touch up paint. The second had some, specific to certain vehicles, but there was alot missing. To me it is either do it or don't, keep it fully stocked, or don't bother. The third place was just right. That is O'reilly. They have lots of touch up paint. The facility is clean and bright, inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. This will be the place I go to first moving forward.

It's not every day that you see females working in the automotive industry ... mechanic shops or automotive parts stores. But I welcome this as I am also female and I appreciate SO much seeing a woman IN ACTION... doing her thing... in a typically male industry. She was quick, efficient and went straight to the point. I was able to walk out of there with the parts I needed in less than 7 minutes !

2-stars because 1 star for picking up the phone. What's a strange experience...trying to get a…read morequote for a BMW and asking if they have worked on replacing a specific part and all he could respond was "yes", no elaboration except they also work on other Brands of vehicles too which is irrelevant to me. The initial interaction was spoken with me in Spanish and I had to confirm I called the right place, he couldn't even tell me the name of the business. Then he had that tone that I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman. He started lecturing me on how to find a car shop and why they don't give estimates(which is very odd because most places do that) and the price of the estimate is added into the price they charge(doesn't logically make sense because if you frequently do the service, it's within a price range). From that interaction, I have no confidence in their ability to put their hands on my car. The recommendation I'll take from you is that I definitely take my business elsewhere.
