He completely went off the roof, disrespectful and even telling me to get out of the store. All this happened in front of clients. I did make a complaint at the Corporate office hopefully he will learn how to treat older people and respect others as he would like to be respected. I wish that no one has to go thru this type of disrespect. I rather drive à longer distance instead of going to that store again. And hoping that management will take care of this situation.

You have to watch what you order from these people for several reasons. 1) Just because they…read moreadvertise its for your car, it might not be. 2) What they advertise might not be what you get; the picture matched what I needed, but what I got was different requiring more modifications than I was willing to do. 3) Let's say they sell you two parts as a solution to your vehicle (its what they advertise). Lets say those parts are a fuel pump and fuel line. Those two parts are not necessarily compatible with each other, but they won't tell you that. Summary: Just because it might fit your vehicle (or not), the part may not be "correct" for the application.

The next interaction was picking up a catalog for his model mustang. Ignored by one lady, had to repeat ourselves to make sure that we weren't doing anything wrong by taking the catalog. We asked if they were free, the lady that did respond says, YES" with a nasty tone. She never looked to acknowledge us. My husband said, "That was weird." Right before we arrived, the owner decided to take the van home without telling anyone. When the salesman called him he refused to come back. We left the dealership very upset. My vehicle was running very rough and the check engine light came on. I immediately took it in. Jimmy said they would have an answer for me by the next day, which was true. He said the repair would be around $500. No problem. They called the next day and said it was ready. I was then presented a bill for almost $1600.00. I inquired why the repairs increased by $1100. Vinny said he called and talked to my husband who gave him the approval. Ummmm... no. My husband didn't even know there was a problem as he was in Europe on business. He said well 'someone' approved it. Unless it was my dog or my 15 year old son, that was a lie. He then said the problem was my fuel system and fouled spark plugs and rocker arms. I was not happy but paid. I got in my "repaired " vehicle and the same problems were still happening. Engine running rough and check engine light was still illuminated. I walked back in and inquired about it. I was told that until I replace all the valves that was going to happen and said to totally fix it the cost would be about $6000. I nearly fainted! I left and took it to Kelly's in Dunnellon. They did a quick analysis and said it was a bad tank of gas. They purged the gas, put in a new tank full for me and only charged me for the gas. It's been purring like a kitten ever since and the check engine light turned off immediately. So George's ripped me off for $1600. Hope they are happy. We will never go back.

Called spoke with Karen about a repair I needed done and price was given of $300.00 covers…read moreeverything. Now all of a sudden I get call back it's now $500. Told them no. Went for the car was charge $75,00 for what they already knew what had to be done. Also put in a top off of coolant $30.00 never did I give them permission for that or even asked about it to be done. Imagine $30.00 for a top off. Time to go some place else I hope they think it was worth it
