first let me say, i don't like to have to go to this kind of place. i wish i didn't have to borrow…read moremoney like this...but since i do i'd like the staff to not make me feel even more like a loser. i have gotten and payed back on time several loans therefore i would think i'd be considered a good customer. but i recently called to ask if there was an option to pay 1 day late because i wasn't going to be able to get to the location before closing time and i was treated very curtly and was told my credit rating would be affected and that it would damage my chances to receive future loans. i understand that there is a protocal to follow. but i was seeking assistence with a problem and was completlely turned away. so i can't give them good marks for customer service.

The only way they recognize you if you walk to their station, no greeting what's so ever. When I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, I just waked up to the station and the lady was sitting back on her phone and told me go to the other lady on side of her, and that customer representative was not so happy to assist me. While trying complete forms and go through with the loan process, I received back talk and attitude through out the whole process. They argued back and forth with me. Talking about how I don't have money and being total assholes. All 4 of the 5 representative were screaming back and forth with me like they didn't have a title to with hold, being a customer representative. THE WORST!!!

The tellers are always polite even when faced with many customers. I tend to not have to wait more…read morethan 5-8 minutes even when heading here around 5 when people are coming from work. Easy location right off of Main Street opposite corner from Taco Bell and Burger King. The ATM outside of but attached to the main building is a covered room which can be used after hours.

My family has done business with this bank for a while and never had any problems. For a while I…read morealso had a savings account with them but have moved on. It was an easy process to meet with one of the bankers and get that setup, also was easy to close it out eventually! Their hours could be longer for convenience but we just make it work. I also see a lot of customers at my job who have cards from this bank so it seems to do pretty well in the community.
