I'm so glad I decided to try this place to cash my check because the staff were so friendly and…read morehelpful. It was a child support check that ACE Check cashing wouldn't cash and were very rude to me. My boyfriend also had a money order he wrote for rent at Walmart then didn't need, so he went to cash it at walmart. They took the stub and told him to write Walmart cashing on it then wouldn't cash because of an error or some other reason. This place had no problem so saved us the hassel.

I would NOT recommend this Bank to anyone. I am about to close all my accounts with them. Many…read morevery rude employees. The teller today told me I can deposit my check into the ATM and the funds would be available immediately: lies. He did not even try to fix the problem and brush it off like it was not a problem. Told me to call the number on the receipt . Did that. Customer service did NOT try to fix the problem and hung up on me. Called the executive office: Brent could not do anything for me. Called the branch and wanted to talk to the manager: she was not available of course and never called me back. Nobody at WellsFargo cares about you if there is a problem, they just want your money and couldn't care less about anything else. The employee gave me a wrong information and did not apologize or tried to fix his error and now I have to deal with all the consequences of his stupidity. Awful bank. Good luck with them.

So the building was unlocked and nobody was there working. I wasn't able to pickup my U-haul from…read morethis location, and had to call U-haul to tell them what was up. U-haul then redirected me 20 miles away to another location that actually had someone working and was able to get me a U-haul. As far as the L&B Check Cashing place goes it is in a bad location; so I am really not sure why they would leave their business open for anyone to walk in. If one wanted to they could probably pry the door open to the counter and get away with any money they have there. I mean while I was there waiting for someone to show up I called the phone number for the business with no answer, walked around the outside, yelled through the service window, and waited for at least 30 minutes with no response. Perhaps U-haul should rethink having this business as one of their pickup / drop off locations. Just saying...

I had it from California (I just moved here). They even called my social worker and I gave them his business card. They said they wanted to see paperwork and did not cash it.
