Friendly staff. And gave me a loan when nobody else would. I'm barely starting out on my credit journey. Their apr is really high, but pay the loan off early, and you can mitigate the damages there. Not too good for establishing credit, but really good when you're in a bind and need money quick. Recommend them 100 percent read more

Won't do business with them again. Very quick to fund you when you need money and get you out the door but when it comes to hardships and giving options it's like pulling teeth. On multiple occasions I've called to try to make arrangements for a future payment date and not been late and I always get an attitude and interruption when I'm talking. My payment was due Thursday I told them I hadn't worked due to pregnancy complications and was told that they made arrangements for those pay dates and it was my pay day so I should have the payment . I was let borrow some money from Family to pay my utilities and such and guess who cashed the check I left them? They did. Even though I asked for an extension to Tuesday due to this hardship. Do not recommend. At least not this location. read more

After receiving and accepting a very reasonable quote we paid for one year's coverage up-front. The next month they charged our credit card more than double the amount we agreed to, citing the fact that we did not provide proof of previous insurance. We had provided proof of our previous insurance through another company for preceding 7 years. My husband went in to the office with policy in hand and was told that it would all be handled. They charged our credit card double the agreed upon amount again. Long story short, our agent made continual excuses, failed to return calls when she had promised to get back to us when promised, and essentially resulted in us canceling our insurance policy with them. After 4 months we are still trying to get all of the money we are owed back. They have been the ultimate in unprofessional-ism, and I feel obligated to warn you to deal with them at the risk of your own literal and financial headache.
