The car loans have always had issues. The last car loan being the worst. I recently took out a car loan with them. It has been three months since I signed the loan. I still don't have license plates or registration. I have been calling and texting them about this for three months! FINALLY, they came back and said oops we made a mistake and undercharged you by about a couple thousand on the tax title and license fees. I tried to work with them and get them to have some sort of customer service regarding their mistake. Aaron Roach the manager was very rude. Started to raise his voice saying I don't know what you expect you're dealing with humans you have to pay these fees or you there will be legal issues. All I wanted was some sort of courtesy and appreciation for my long standing with them and repeated loans. When looking at loans whether home or car they give you a disclosure up front so you know what you're paying and agreeing to. I think the people that work here are unprofessional and have horrible business practices. After 20 years and far too many bad experiences with them I'm closing all of my accounts. As a side note they were also very rude to my mother who has been with them over 20+ years when she tried to do a car loan with them. They treated her with so much disrespect it was appalling. She ended up going somewhere else for her loan.

The in room refrigerator was small and did not have a freezer compartment. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable with multiple pillows. The sheets were scratchy. My contact with the staff was limited. However when I reported a coffee spill in the elevator and that the elevator was stuck, the woman at the front desk looked at me as if she had nothing to do with it and didn't even comment. My husband had better interactions with the man who was on duty the night before (4/9). The breakfast options were good. They have a Nescafé machine so cappuccino and latte were among the options. My mother was having some trouble with her hip and is also afraid of elevators. Claudia kindly moved our room from the fourth floor to the second floor, which has easy access by an incline. That small change meant a lot to us and made things so much easier for my mom. Everyone we spoke with was so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely sweet. We haven't spent the night yet, but the room looks fantastic. We booked the King Suite, and it's wonderful -- a couch bed, a large conference-style desk for working, a big TV in the living area, and another TV in the bedroom, plus a spacious bathroom and closet. So far, we are extremely impressed. We'll update after our stay, but we definitely wanted to give a shout-out to Claudia and the front desk team for their kindness and excellent service.
