I love every lady that works in that branch. They are always friendly, they know me and we always have something to chat about but mostly I love their professionalism. They aren't afraid to contact me if something seems questionable. I appreciate that so much because I know all my accounts are safe and protected with their extra effort. They are all wonderful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

The employees at FAIRWINDS are awesome...shout-out to Sunita Rodriguez...who patiently helped us fill out forms, answer our questions and make the process easier. The account we opened provides free checks, gives a rebate for any ATM fees anywhere. So glad we found this credit union!

I've been a BOA customer for nearly 20 years, using it mostly in the northeast USA. I was pretty…read morehappy there as their staff were courteous, professional, and always available. We moved to Leesburg last year and this BOA location in particular is awful. Their online appointment system doesn't work at all and they never answer their phones. So the only way to set up an appointment is to drive to the location, and they're always busy with very limited tellers and other help. The Villages location is much better but for me it's over an hour round trip. Additionally, their ATM is almost always out of service. This location in particular needs new management.
