The front part of the store is small and cramped. If a couple is shopping and I come in, I'm basically not giving any privacy. I don't care personally, but some people are a bit skittish about buying a vibrator. There is also an arcade and they charge you an entrance fee and you are expected to feed the machine constantly. I went in today and they have a summer and winter fee Ionly a dollar more in winter). It is still summer and was around 110 degrees, however the clerk said they winter rates are in effect. That sums up their attitude. Today, I went in, paid the $8 winter admission fee, fed the machines $17 and left after about 20-30, minutes. He thinks nothing of walking by and knocking on the door if you happen to have it idle for a small amount of time. And I know when winter is and it doesn't start in September. Depending on when you come in, you might also feel uncomfortable with the toy section. It is small and really uncomfortable if more than a few people are in it at the same time. There is a time limit, which seems to be strictly enforced. All in all, just not the most hospitable place. read more

I always like to stop here when traveling from San Diego to Tucson. I appreciate that the owner runs a "tight ship," so I was surprised to see a non-paying individual loitering in the arcade and store. Selection: I think they have allot you can choose from. I think they have everything you can think of and more which is great! They also have an arcade if you are into that and a whole selection of movies you can choose from . Value: I don't buy online so I can't compare but I think it's not too badly priced. The clearance section isn't too bad either. I would recommend starting there if you're not looking on spending a pretty penny. Service: This is where the 1 stars come in. The owner and another woman that works there are so sweet. They are incredibly helpful and do not make you feel uncomfortable at all. The man that works there however, is a different story. He's kicked us out a couple of times because we dont follow the 10 mins rule but they have allot of things. Me personally takes me more than 10 mins to find the right toy and accessories for myself. He will also stare at you and make sure youre not stealing but in a inappropriate way. He'll also sometimes overcharge you I've heard and will make uncomfortable comments or ask you about why you put something back. Hopefully you go at a time when the ladies are working because no one should have to experience that man. read more

The store is super clean (even the bathroom)! The owner was very helpful today educating myself and wife on how rechargeable toys work, as we have only purchased battery operated toys in the past. They had a very nice selection of toys and the owner took his time explaining and showing us how they worked. It is hard to find anyone these days that go the "extra mile" with a customer to make sure they have a good experience. He was a very nice gentleman and made sure we felt comfortable and not embarrassed. We are older couple and are from a different generation. We purchased three toys and my wife was very excited. The showroom portion of the store is like what others have said, it small and a little cramped if there are more than two people cruising the same area of toys. Most of the problem is the room the store has set aside for the arcade portion. There are 20 viewing booths and glory holes (I believe) in all of them. He can remove about 5 booths and open up the store a bit more. Also what another reviewer said about "top shelf" toys is right. It's all basic outdated toys and slightly overpriced. I went there for some "man toys" and was a little disappointed in the selection. The DVD section was very small and seem to focus more on gay, bisexual and shemale. I probably would have bought some but not at those prices. The arcade booths are surprisingly clean which was a comfort but the glory holes are too low for someone my height... oh well no fun for me. The entry fee for the arcade is a total ripoff because you still have to pump cash in to view the movies. The movie selection in the arcade was messed up too. About 5 or 6 gay channels, only 1 bisexual (mmf) channel and everything else is straight in a variety of ff, black on white, full figured etc.....but only 1 bi channel!!!??? WTF!!! With nearly 40 channels available there could be a better variety. The owner didn't say or do anything creepy or out of line...lord knows I gave him a couple reasons to. I did however get the feeling he doesn't like people browsing for too long without buying something. There is definitely room for improvement so I'm giving it 3 only because the arcade was the cleanest I've been in. I can't use the glory hole but at least it's clean with handy wipes and a trash can in each booth. The bisexual DVD selection isn't too bad but I've seen better. One more beef about the store, his business hours are so limited. Needs to stay open later, especially the weekends. read more

The manager is unreasonably strict on the mask rules. I was wearing it but he told me to pull it over my nose which caused me to walk out without buying anything. When he goes broke he just might make the connection between his attitude and his bankruptcy. I don't think he can afford to drive off business over BS rules. The store has early hours which is not very good but the products are pretty good. I suggest to make sure the warranty paper is in the box and call the number to check to see if it is real. I have purchased there before and the warranty didn't exist. The store does not do returns and prices can be pretty high for some people . The store is a good place as long as you go in with few cars or it gets crowded What I would like is to see more items on sale and a little lower prices. I went into this establishment and I was very impressed by the knowledge of the owner over his products in the store. He was very helpful as I haven't been sexually active in about 8 years and he was able to direct me to an area of the store and help me decide what I should buy! Okay so this the first time I went to it I thought I was going into a shed. It is soo small and somewhat hidden you can't find it if it weren't for the sign almost at the corner. Its kinda like how a hooker stands at the corner telling you that the business is right there. Obviously I bought something there but the old men that go there to get movies or toys, even the old guys that own the shed glare at you like "why are you here?" and "if you steal something I will beat you with my stick and not the one I use to beat my wife with every night." The personal show rooms I have heard are not clean but I dunno I avoided it because the place made me feel I needed a tetanus shot just by looking at it. I have heard stories about the rooms though which are quite interesting to tell I guess. It is a little pricey from other ones that I have gone into before which is ridiculous since a DVD shouldn't cost almost 35 dollars for a dvd that is only 2 hours long. "Adult Superstore" is really misleading....Mini-store is about right. it's about the size of a large office. Should have a drive-through....They do have the video viewing thing (if that's your cup o' tea), and a large DVD collection. So my friend and I were both off today and we wanted to spend the day together. After lunch, she wanted to go to the adult store to see if she can find something to surprise her boyfriend for Valentine's Day. As we approached the entrance, before we could walk in, the owner came outside and stopped us from going in. He said that drinks were not allowed in the store. Both of us felt he was rude, but let it go. As we were browsing the items for maybe 5 minutes he was watching us the entire time, (we were the only people in the store) and then he says to us. I have a ten minute browsing limit and you need to make a purchase. Right away, I decided that I would not spend a dollar in that store because of his rude tone and behavior but my friend still wanted to make a purchase. So I asked him how much time she had left and he said 4 minutes. I told him that he was rude. His excuse was that due to Covid, only a certain amount of customers are allowed in the store. Ok. Understandable. Except that we were the ONLY customers in the store. He said he didn't want to potentially lose paying customers because some kids were browsing. I assured him we were no kids, you know, since I'm a 35 year old hardworking, mother. But again, we were the ONLY customers around. So instead, he LOST a potential customer because of his very rude behavior. I walked out the store because I would much rather go somewhere that wants my business than a place where I feel rushed and unwanted. My friend still made a purchase, even though he charged her $4 for using a debit card "due to covid". I guess he would rather have dirty cash. Clearly, none of his products must work because he seems to need some kind of release of frustration. I opened a Yelp JUST to do this review! Shop on Amazon or find someone who does slumber parties if you want adult items... HORRIBLE customer service. read more
