My kid has really enjoyed the time he spends at the club and Mr. Chris at Nelson really makes him feel part of the club. This place is great because their customer service is outstanding. I had only been through once before and I was just a passenger so I don't really count that. I pulled up into a slightly long line and a young man came up to my car, asked me how I was and what I would like. I ordered some Fat Tire and asked about their margaritas and stuff, told them I had never been there before. The clerk asked me what flavors I like and suggested Starburst, which is banana, strawberry and pina colada. Yes, please! They have a TON of flavors and he gave me a menu of them all to take home with me. When I go to new places, I always have in the back of my mind what kind of review I am going to write up. This place was already at a 5 star, but I just happened to have my dog (aka the reason I live) with me. The young man returned with my drinks and two Milk Bones, one for now and one for later. :) Had my experience only been a four star, I would have bumped it up to a 5 for just that alone.
