Hey, does anyone really know what time it is? Not when the…read morebatteries on my watch don't work.. Let's just say I let several watches functionality "tick" in the wrong direction! I researched where to go to get my batteries replaced here in Bay Ridge and found nice reviews for Global. I brought two watches to start with to ensure good battery replacement. I met with Elad who quickly repaired the batteries at reasonable cost. Additionally, I returned to sell some gold pieces that didn't fit and some I just don't wear and again was given great prices for selling. Global also sells jewelry such as some Tiffany pieces and other lovely gems. It's nice to know that there is a trusted local jeweler who can assist me with repairs, selling, etc. Elad is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Global Gold and Silver.

I went to Global Gold & Silver to purchase my girlfriend's engagement ring and I am extremely glad…read morethat I did so! When I first reached out to Oshri, he was very accommodating in finding a time that works for the both of us to meet in person at his office, I appreciate the hospitality and wanting to meet in person. He was very prepared for our appointment as he had tons of questions to ask me about the ring and diamond that I wanted so he could come with only the best diamonds. When I did arrive at his office, his admin staff was very kind and welcoming! Oshri sat down with me and didn't go into anything yet, without fully educating me on everything that goes into a diamond purchase. He took his valuable time to walk me through GIA certifications, diamond cuts, clarity, color and carat weight, along with other points of knowledge. He presented three fantastic options and even better value/price point and we ultimately landed on something that I knew in my gut, I just couldn't beat. I fell in love with the option! He was also patient with me and answered all of my questions for me. I'll be proposing to my girlfriend soon and I look forward to following up on this post with the results! HIGHLY RECCOMEND GLOBAL GOLD & SILVER!
