In 2016, you would think that businesses who have anything online would make it a point to keep that information current. I was more than a little disappointed to have an appointment scheduled, search for the address, pull up, and find no store front. Furthermore, when I called to say I wasn't at my scheduled appointment because their online information was outdated, I was told they had moved three years ago, which may be relevant to someone who has lived here for any length of time, but is not for a person new to the area. To top it off, when I was put on hold the loop recording also gives the old address (although it gives the new address, too, which seems like a bad idea). At this point I was not surprised to learn that my appointment could not be rescheduled in the foreseeable future. That's okay. I'd rather be a patron to a reasonably organized and accessible business. read more
