Disgusting customer service and an old slow website. USed once before and couldn't get off the sage pay website after it confirmed it took my money. Ended up having to deal with a miserable woman who answered the phone who said she's been trying to get her usual IT guy to sort issues but now works full time
Stupidly decided to make a purchase again a week later online for £100. Yet again, issues with the site, but this time I couldn't even get to the payment page. So I called up an explained issue. All I wanted was a stress free transaction. I put all my details in on the website but I was having to give them to the miserable woman on the phone AGAIN. I told her I think it's best I use another company so she slammed the phone down. I assumed at the time she maybe had a problem with her phone line also. Tried several times to check this was the case but what a surprise. NO ANSWER.
