First; many agents I had met initially, told me that my property would not sell at market price because of the dated condition, but these guys promised that they could get me way more as they would hunt for investors.... they over-delivered and got me way more than anticipated... and get this, they sold my property in 2 days... 2 days!! Second; each time I called or texted them, there was an instant response. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with emails and automated text messages when there were showings... and even offered me insight to comments made by anyone interested in the property. The communication was and is unapparelled. These are "young" and hungry agents dedicated to getting the job done. We were pressured into signing up for their "VIP program" after being told multiple times that we could cancel at any time, with no penalties, and would receive our money back. We trusted their word, but after a month, we decided to go a different route. At that point, they refused to refund our money. When I asked for our money back, Michelle first said it was a retainer fee. After I questioned that, she suddenly changed it to a buyer fee. The paperwork we signed does not state anywhere that the money is nonrefundable, nor does it mention penalties. What makes this even worse is that they never actually provided us with any service. We never looked at a single house with them, and the only time we met Michelle was once to talk about the VIP program. Beyond that, they did absolutely nothing for us. This has been emotionally damaging, especially as a first-time homebuyer who trusted this company to guide us through such an important step in life. Losing $500 -- money that we do not just have lying around -- is a huge setback when trying to purchase a home. It feels dishonest and misleading to collect money under the promise of a refund, then change the story when asked to give it back. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Michelle Dees or this company to be very careful and get everything in writing.

In the sales world there are so many sleazy used car salesman like personalities that it's rare when you find a good one that's honest and not out to take you or your bank account for a ride. Will is that realtor. He even fixed some things around the house just because he noticed them (back door hinge was breaking off - he bought a new one and replaced it; the shelves in one of my cabinets was missing a piece to make them even so he went and bought more clips to keep the shelf in place), basically he's a hard worker. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a home in the direction of Will Beeler. He takes all considerations of things you want in a home and sometimes takes you to homes not in your box and you end up loving those too. I hope you enjoy having him as a realtor as much as I did. We never felt pressured to buy even though we looked at 20+ houses with her over several days. If she felt the house wasn't right for us, she let us know why instead of pushing us to put in offers.
