I came back several days later to get my watch. He had removed two links and gave me back my links and tube and collars in a sealed envelope, never mentioning that he had damaged some of the parts. When I opened the envelope I saw that one collar was missing and one pin was bent and unusable. (See the photo.) When I returned to the store about this issue he said, "That's an awesome job compared to how they should have been." This is an exact quote. If Jame's idea of an "awesome job" is losing one part and destroying another, I wonder what his idea of a bad job is? Even James is a fake jeweler and clown, as evidenced by his shoddy workmanship and pathetic excuses.

They were at an offsite jewellers 45 minutes away, she had to send an employee to go get them, and the order hadn't even been started... despite being in their possession for weeks. Jacqueline can have her friends post fake glowing reviews all she wants, but they won't drown out authentic customer experiences. The only reason they continue to remain in business after "61 years" is because they have no google listing or reviews, no public facebook reviews, no registration with the Better Business Bureau, and therefore no louder way for us members of the public to warn each other about their disgusting business practices.
