What really impressed me was how he took his mountain of knowledge, like listening to a calculus professor and made it so I was listening to a 3rd grade Math teacher. And despite working on a zillion projects, some quite massive, throughout Chicago, he made himself both available and approachable, a trait missing from so many established professionals these days.
