I prefer to shop for shoes online, but I sometimes like to stop in and see what shoes are in stock. When I entered this store, an employee kindly greeted me, and later as I was leaving, she thanked me. As I walked around, I focused mostly on the women's shoes, and I thought that the selection and quality of sneakers, dress shoes, boots, sandals, slippers, etcetera was OK. I saw name brands such as Nike, Vans, and Birkenstock. Of course, the selection was not as large as what you can find online, and the prices were not always as low. However, I think that this store is good for buying footwear that you need at the last-minute and cannot wait to have delivered.

They have tons and tons of displays, but the actual area to mill about and have some space to try them on is small. There were only a few other people browsing--maybe 10 total and it felt like I was always in someone's way. It seems as if they use most of the room to house shoe stock in the back. Another thing I find a little irritating is the ratio of employee to client--it's just about 1:1 ratio. Lots of bored teenage employees hovering around in your way or looking too cool for school to go and find your shoe size. Honestly, in a store this small I don't see why they felt the need to have 4-5 employees on the floor. All in all, come to this place for a good deal on a street wear shoes, but don't plan to feel comfortable whilst doing it.

I looked mostly at the women's clothing, slippers, shower curtains, and kitchen towels. The store did not always have my preferred colors or sizes in stock, but I did find three tops and one gift bag to buy. The cashier performed her job OK. I appreciate that she applied a 15% coupon and used part of my merchandise-credit card. Please note that this Kohl's contains a Sephora cosmetics store and also accepts Amazon returns.

I shop here mostly to browse the women's workout clothes. The store is a large size across multiple floors with escalators and is packed full with merchandise. I am not interested in purchasing certain brands such as Calia and Abercrombie and Fitch, so I would prefer that other brands be offered. I do like the t-shirts for Penn State and the Pittsburgh Penguins. I thought that the quality was high but that the prices were also high.
