The staff who came out to move the chair were pleasant, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made no charge for moving the chair, as we had purchased it from them. I arranged a home carer service for my Grandmother with Sevacare a couple of months ago and my family and I have had nothing but trouble from the company ever since, so much so that I have recently cancelled their services and made arrangements elsewhere. Despite the fact that my Grandmother's warden controlled flat is on Boldmere Road, literally opposite Sevacare, the carers regularly failed to turn up at their scheduled times, causing my ill Grandfather to have to struggle to wash, clean, dress and help my Nan out of bed himself on several occasions. All too often my parents and I have had to take unpaid leave from work to go round to the flat due to Sevacare's 'forgetful' staff and poor customer service. Even on the occasions their carers did turn up to my Nan's flat, they tended to be rude, unfriendly and spent the majority of their paid visits texting on their mobile phones. I have witnessed this with my own eyes when I've been over there visiting. This inefficient, haphazard health centre should be avoided at all costs.
