The only downside was the Psychiatrist misdiagnosed me as I have taken the MMPI before and was trying to have me stay there for longer for an antipsychotic shot when the pilll equivalent made me depressed. I was happier before he messed with my meds. And please tell the grey haired angry woman that when you play a sport in socks you will slip. Yelling at them and threatening them does not change physics. I was demonstrating much more control barefooted as the feet have pores and ridges which create rip plus the muscles can engage with the friction from the epidermis. But then then again I wouldn't expect her to understand. Also, I had just had a mild heart attack and that witch made me play in a mask. she nearly killed me. Also, we were all tested prior to entry so masks don't make sense, especially outside where UV rays kill COVID. And if the gym is sanitized as they said it was then making us exercise in masks which have little breathability is a poor cost-benefit analysis. You may not lose your job but you would be sued. I almost lost consciousness and she didn't even notice except to threaten me because I didn't have my mask on. Doesn't seem very intelligent. Oh and they could use better kitchen staff who understands allergies and can follow directions. Tilapia is a poor choice...it lives off waste. The low fat diet is not good for brain health. Salmon or fish oil supplements would help a lot of people. Dairy free yogurt would've been nice, studies show a good microbiome promotes mental health. But I do understand my weird allergies are annoying. Maybe probiotics? The nurses were wonderful but some of the other staff just do not want to help. Thankfully they are just a few. Most of the time the people are fun, friendly, compassionate, and the kind of people you'd gladly be friends with on the "outside." I do wish they allowed me stronger pain meds. Tylenol doesn't help my chronic pain. And they allowed me Ambien but not Lunesta, even though lunesta is far milder. Plus they mistakenly gave me only 5mg of Ambien. In Europe the standard is 20mg. The FDA is going off of studies with clear conflict of interests and many studies that question this logic. Plus the US barely studies women compared to men. They're decades behind in many areas. But I digresss. I was there because of a loophole in the system that allows abusers to escape prosecution so I hope Sutter and the police reads this and asks themselves some serious questions. Because it happened before. I "fell" backwards about 4 feet a cut my head open. They treated me like it was a suicide attempt. I was also given no pain medication. However it was better than Kaiser by far. Kaiser ER is downright negligent and dangerous.

This has now put me in an even worse position missing work, they didnt even complete my FMLA paperwork so now I am financially struggling do to lack of pay and my job is on the line. Silly of me to have faith or hope. Silly of me to think I could actually receive help from a safe place. Definitely NOT a safe place and I should've learned a long time ago no one and no place is safe. Faith, hope and optimism are luxuries not afforded in my life. Dr. Lui has basically saved my life…read more After years of battling Depression, and medications that gave me horrible side effects, Dr. Lui guided me through qualifying for TMS. Once the treatments began, things got better almost immediately. The staff were wonderful--every time I came in they greeted me by name and were exceedingly kind. The TMS technicians were all friendly and wanted to be sure they were doing the best they could to help me through the process. They were more cautious about the levels of stimulation than I needed them to be, but I appreciated it, and they listened when I told them they could go up in intensity sooner than they had thought. I'm now 8 months out of treatment and still doing well; my Depression hasn't recurred and I'm making changes in my life that are making me much happier than I had been. I meet with Dr. Lui every couple of months to check on how I'm doing; so far everything is good. The team at MHS gave me a second chance at light after years of dwelling in darkness. I appreciate them so much.

Yes, they will drop you without notice, citing 'therapeutic misalignment' as the reason. They will eliminate you without med refills, without notice, without a bridge to further care and without any concern for your health. They way they treated me was so bad, I filed a formal complaint with the California State Medical Board. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS, please utilize them and avoid doing any business with Mindful Health Solutions. And don't even get me started on their billing department.
