When I got my car back it was pulling to the right and not aligned and I was told they wouldn't align it more because it needed tie rods and they were too rusted. I think it would have been more beneficial to me if they had just said that before charging me for work that didn't solve the problem, or offer to sd the tie rods as well and give me an estimate.
