I usually don't leave poor reviews, especially for medical professionals, but I have had the…read moreabsolute worst experience with Ebert Family Clinic. I never have seen a doctor here, but only nurse practitioner, Tara Taylor. She is so insensitive and only available about half days a week in the office. I have seen her on two occasions and both completely unsatisfactory, not getting answers for the concerns and questions I had. The most recent visit, she prescribed the incorrect amount of my antidepressant which I have been taking for 10+ years. She has also messed up my prescriptions before, telling me I didn't need my thyroid medicine, then prescribing it, then not allowing it again. I honestly don't think she knows what she is doing. My husband has seen her as well and agrees she is not professional at all. On top of all this, The billing system of this office is ridiculously unorganized, as my invoice was not sent through insurance and I had to contact Anne, the billing lady many many times, to not be called back. She told me I had to call by a certain date, which I did, only to not hear back. I finally just paid the dang bill through the office line and got it out of the way before they sent me to collections. SAVE YOUR STRESS AND DON'T GO HERE

So take each review with a grain of salt, as some are reviewing the PCP office, and some are reviewing the dental office; it seems the dental office has great reviews and my experience was no different. Dr. Ha was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I understood my treatment options without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and attentive everyone was. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the entire visit a positive experience. The only thing that is somewhat irritating, is that first appointment is strictly only for the X-rays and evaluation. Even if you don't need any dental work, your cleaning is scheduled for a separate appointment, so you'll need to come back another day for that. It wasn't a huge problem, but it is kind of inconvenient having to plan my schedule around two separate appointments. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care and would definitely recommend this office. Just be aware that you'll likely need two visits-one for the evaluation and another for your cleaning.

I waited three weeks for this appointment. And when I came in all they did was a basic consultation. Absolutely nothing was accomplished and it was a huge waste of my time. I'm beyond upset. Because of the miscommunication on their part, I'm gonna have to pay like 300 bucks for an absolutely pointless appointment. I'll never come back here.

I hate the idea of having to drive 3 hours to go to Denver for decent medical care, but this place has continually frustrated me with poor front desk service, flunky doctors that never seem to stick around for more than 6 months, and questionably ethical insurance practices that result in multiple "appointments" to get a prescription refill. We entered the emergency room and were given papers to fill out. After that they then gave us more papers with similar questions, so my s/o filled out what was important (as hes hunched over in pain) and gave the sheet back with spaces like religion unanswered. The women at the desk asked to finish it and after telling her (not yelling or being rude but upset bc hes been in pain), he was throwing up blood and really just needs a doctor now the "security" guy proceeded to rush from his station and yell, practically scream, right in our faces. Truly dont know why he was yelling, he was so mad his face was red and he couldn't even speak properly. I've never seen a security guard act this way and especially not with someone who just said they were throwing up blood. In a hospital you need compassion and understanding and this guy lacked both of these things. I called the cops immediately after he pushed himself closer and kept screaming at myself and my sick partner. We were advised by dispatch to distance ourselves until police arrived but instead now 4 security guys stood over us, cornered in the waiting room and blocking the only exit; and only moved when the sheriff's truck pulled up outside. Then explaining to the cops our side of the story, the 2/4 men proceeded to insert themselves until the police told them to back off. After our 3+ hour visit we asked for his name to make a proper complaint and were only given a card by the manager with a number to call and make a complaint with 'patient advocate'. If you are at common spirit or in the emergency department keep your eye out for the bald man with glasses who doesn't seem fully right in the head, he may just scream at you for being in pain. The nurses and doctor were very nice but security needs better hires and more training apparently. I was only going to make a proper complaint but since I cannot do that without the name of who I had a unpleasant interaction with im leaving this review on the chance nothing happens and he continues to act a fool. Perhaps CommonSpirit St Anthony Summit Hospital should review this doctors bedside manner as well as their medical practices. This type of treatment is why women don't go to the hospital! It is unacceptable.
