With a spare 30 minutes left of our lunch break, we decided to wile away those minutes in this quaint pop-up bookstore in our favourite market.
It wasn't long before I found an age old classics thanks to Kate, owner of this venture. A small chat ensues thanks to her warm disposition. She advised us that this shop will be here for another two years (great news) and that she will also have a small stall at the Alpine Winter Village (happening next week - 7th July).
From a quick gander, we were very impressed with the collection of old, new and classics in various genres and disciplines.
The prices are very reasonable and Kate is currently offering a 20% discount on your return visit.
We will be back again in the very near future, because books of days gone by are continuously making its way into this little space.
We thoroughly enjoyed browsing through memory lane, while oohing and aahing at the familiar titles.
So, why not pop in for a look see, and make a purchase for your next bus / train ride and really, any occasion where a book will improve your day.
This is also a great place for gift ideas for that special bookworm in your life. read more
