I went there on my way to work at 8am and had a lovely guy take all the details of my car - looking in places I would never have thought to check on what would be needed. A few days later I got a call and my little Mitsi was booked in. The repairer kept me updated as to what needed to be done via message so as not to disturb me at work and let me know when the repairs were going to be delayed due to a lack of parts. He even checked my wheel alignment as he was concerned that may have been impacted. They were flexible about pick up times and we arranged for me to pick my car up after hours with them leaving my key in an inconspicuous place. Overall I was really happy with the work they did on my Mitsi and the customer service was out of this world.

The fellow on the phone checked and said he could have them in the store when they opened the next day. I made an appointment for 9:30 and showed up the next morning. As I walked in, the guy behind the counter said, "John?" "Wow," I thought. "These guys know how to run a business." We quickly sorted through the "extras." I was offered a wheel alignment, which I didn't think I needed at this point. No worries and none of the high pressure BS that sometimes happens. Just a plain simple, "OK, we'll get right on it if you want to have a seat in our lounge. I declined and said I was going out for Brekkie and would be back at noon. I returned at noon, car done, everything perfect and.....the tires were $ 7 cheaper per tire than the best price I had been given by the tire store where I had bought my original tire that was in the boot. I was happy! So, great service, great prices, quality work. I'll be back in 40,000k when I am ready for my next set of tires.

I usually read the catalogues or look when I need something specific or see something we may want out on sale. They have had some great starter tool kits with a little of everything in them out really cheap. And we bought all out trailer lights and parts here when we fixed it up. I've always had good customer service here and their prices are comparable to most places on things.
