Beware of the staff here!! Yes, they found me a 6 week contact with a local authority but 2 months after this finished, I requested my P45. I was NOT paid for my holiday because 'I had requested my P45 and hadn't asked for the holiday pay accrued, to be added!!' Also, I had a new payroll number so my holiday was now 'lost'! When I challenged this further saying 'this is not in my contract', I was told' sorry, we'll amend that'. Despite sending about 50 emails and contradictory replies from the interim manager, in the end I threatened them with the Ombudsman. Surprise, surprise, they 'checked my file and we'll pay you your days owed'. I got there in the end but please check your contract and check your holidays too !! There is another girl here who talks so fast it's funny!! I had to keep asking her to slow down but this goes over her head. Emails are often ignored and overlooked too. Dreadful staff !! read more
