The massage was ok and she pulled out all of my fingers to snap them and this made them hurt. I really wish she didn't do this. She did ask what areas I wanted her to focus on but I think she spent too long on certain areas as I could feel like not much was getting accomplished and I wanted her to work on other muscle groups. I probably will not return here. With that being said, it wasn't a bad experience. It was really a language barrier. If you speak the language the masseuse speaks, I think you'll have a better experience and be able to tell her what to work on throughput the massage.

I requested the receptionist. She, somehow, understood my agony and discomfort. She asked me to wait if doctor has sometime for me. Eventually, Doctor got me in. Wax problem was so intense that Dr. David took his time and kept working on to resolve the wax problem in a very professional manner. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor. It was all new to me to learn the care of my ears. Later he tested my hearing as well. Before I came to the clinic,I couldn't hear any outer noise, even start of my engine starting..... and now, it was so much noise. I can hear everything any thing. It is amassing. The wait is unbelievable!!! If you are thinking about going to see Dr. Praglowski you better take the day off work because you are going to be waiting for at least 2 hours until she calls your name and then there is another wait once you are in the doctor's room (she has two). The doctors aren't that much better, last time I went to see Praglowski she confused me with another patient and kept calling me by another name. If I could find another medical centre I would definitely leave Kipling heights. The place is not well maintained, the staff has a horrible attitude and the wait is ridiculous.

It was supposed to…read morebe my first appointment with her but it did not happen because I waited so long that I could not take it anymore and I left. I came there 10 min before my appointment and after I have waited 40 min past the appointment time I asked the staff when the doctor would see me. They said that it was normal to wait at least 1.5 hrs! I wish they had told me that when I was booking my appointment! I was supposed to be next though. So I waited another 30 min and nothing. People come and go (at this place there is a bunch of other doctors) but I keep on waiting there. Even people who came much later after me already left. I did not hear Dr. Praglowski calling any patients either. When I enquired passing staff about the waiting time she just barked something. So I came to the main desk and said that if I do not get called in the next 5 min I am leaving because the wait is so ridiculous. The staff could not care less. They are rude and unfriendly. They obviously are not fond of people and they treat the patients like a nuisance. I cannot say if the doctor is any good, because I have never met her but based on what I have experienced there and what I have seen I do not think that she is a doctor worth seeing. The place was dirty, poorly designed, the people (staff and the patients) were depressing. I decided to speak with the manager there Norma Oksner aka Norma Finkelstein. I called her quite a few times but there was always an answer machine (I guess she has better things to do than doing a job for which taxpayers are paying her). I left a couple of messages asking her to call me but she never did. If the manager does not care why should the staff? I have found out later that they have submitted a bill to OHIP for this appointment that did not happen! They are a bunch of crooks! Do yourself a favour and do not go to this place unless you want to get mistreated.
