I have zero experience with institutionalized care. After quitting my job and staying home with my own children for several years, I returned to work. This daycare is a short walk from my older two's school, which is why I initially looked into it. They pickup from my older kid's elementary school, and offer care on their days off. It's literally everything you could hope for: clean, kind, consistent care for your children. My 2 year old went in speech delayed, but caught up with help from a speech therapist (JeffCo), and the loving supportive staff of Aspen Creek. He sings and is enthusiastic to come to school. For me, the christian education is a positive. One time after months of attending ACA, I lost my patience with my littlest. His look of shock at my loss of control spoke volumes: first, it was crushing for me, and all I needed to never lose it again...but second, it told me he has zero experience with adults losing their cool, or a tempered response. What a relief to know that patience is the norm in his life. The quality, kindness and consistency have made childcare not even a thing I think about...how many working moms can say that?! They are above and beyond any other place I have considered...and honestly, an even better option than an in-home nanny for us (which we tried over the summer) (also, she was great: there is just a reliability here you don't have with a single caretaker).

Harassment, unprofessional conduct, and lack of proper leadership should not be tolerated in a place responsible for caring for kids. I am deeply concerned about the childcare environment and the treatment of children at this center. It appears that children of different races and nationalities, including Black and Hispanic children, may be treated unfairly or discriminated against. The facility is also very dirty, has strong unpleasant odors, and does not appear to be cleaned professionally or maintained properly. Many children seem to get sick frequently, which raises serious concerns about sanitation, health, and safety standards. Management and leadership do not seem to take these issues seriously or make necessary improvements for the well-being of the children.

I generally think the Montessori approach is great, I appreciate that teachers really get to know the kids who spend three years in their class, and I respect their expertise. However, they can be very insistent on that they know what is best for your child even if you sense otherwise. I've felt like this is partly because it is hard to make adjustments beyond the standard framework when there are close to 30 kids in a class. I sympathize with the teachers work load, but still wish they'd be more open to other opinions. The achievement gap is very concerning, especially since the Montessori approach is based on the idea that kids are motivated to learn and teachers guide them. One cause of achievement gaps is that teachers have lower expectations for minority children due to implicit/subconscious. Since teacher expectations play a big role in Montessori education, the effect of any implicit bias would be magnified and negatively effect the education of minority children. So, if you are considering this school, you should ask what they are doing to address the achievement gap. Seems like some schools make successful efforts to reduce the achievement gap, while others pass it off as insurmountable.

I often found myself wishing I grew up as a Montessori kid. I noticed that MSWP students tend to have better social skills & a very strong work ethic compared to other preschools I've worked at. Our classroom truly felt like a family. We had so many laughs & ah-ha moments. My favorite was seeing the huge smile on a kiddos face when they mastered a lesson! But even cooler was when that kiddo would be able to give that lesson to a younger student in the classroom. These classrooms are truly a 2nd home for your child. The gifted teacher was amazing and made my daughters life and my sons life much easier. After our previous daycare unexpectedly closed at the end of 2025, we found ourselves scrambling to find care for our two children. The leadership team at Primrose stepped in during a very stressful time and made all the difference. They were able to immediately provide a preschool spot for our 4-year-old and stayed in close communication with us as we waited for an opening for our younger child, who started in the Young Toddler classroom in May. We felt supported every step of the way, and the transition was far smoother than we ever could have expected. Our older son absolutely loves his Preschool 3 teacher, Ms. Keshet. She is thoughtful, caring, passionate, fun-loving, and personable -- exactly the kind of teacher every parent hopes their child will have. She creates a warm, intentional classroom community while helping the children learn and grow every day. As a teacher myself, I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and child-centered approach. She genuinely knows and cares about each child, and our son is excited to go to school every day because of the environment she has created. After keeping us on a waitlist for three years, these owners showed their true colors: they are cold, calculated, and couldn't care less about your family. ​Their "enrollment process" is a sick joke. They overbook their classes and force parents into a Sunday night "online race" at 6:30 PM. If you aren't one of the first 10 people to click a button, you are TRASHED and denied admission via a cold notification on a Sunday night--less than 24 hours before UPK applications were due. ​They left us stranded with no plan, no empathy, and a simple "sorry." To them, your family's emotional and financial stability is collateral damage for their lazy, selfish management style. ​Don't be a victim of their incompetence. There are plenty of schools in this community run by people with actual hearts--go to one of them. This place is a factory that treats parents like a nuisance. STAY AWAY.
