Their office is in the lobby of a hotel and it was honestly a bit of a mess. Several people were waiting in line when we arrived and we had about a 20 min wait. I guess the good thing is that it's a hotel lobby so lots of seating. Our compact car turned out to be an ev suv-which I was hesitant about since charging can be a pain. Overall it worked ok- but there are very few level 3 chargers in Vancouver so you'll be stuck with slow level 2s most of the time. If your not use to evs this will be a steep learning curve for a newbie. Overall I think given the price this was an ok experience.

He treated me with respect despite my irritable mood and understanding throughout my heavy inquiries due to previous complications. I paid $50 CAD less than what Expedia found (and messed up) for me. I would recommend anyone to use his location. The car rented was for a 2016 Corolla with no complications during the trip.
