This was the worst experience in my 25 years of traveling history.
The company is located outside the airport, which is understandable for saving on parking costs, but its shuttle service is appalling. It's frustrating that they don't provide details about the process before you arrive. The pickup driver was not polite at all and instructed me to go to the departure level to wait for him. That could have been fine, but he completely messed up the order of customers, ignoring who came first and who came later. He had no sense of organization and ended up wasting everyone's time in the middle of the night.
The driver had a terrible attitude. Instead of taking responsibility for providing service, he blamed his company, claiming that the shuttle bus was down and that he was doing a "complimentary" service. He also insisted that he could only take me to a location 20 minutes away to pick up the rental car, leaving my family at the airport to wait for me to return! That is absolutely unbelievable and completely unacceptable.
When I complained about the service, the driver even threatened to cancel my booking. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had. I deeply regret choosing the cheap option with AddCar.
And it doesn't end there. After a long wait, I was finally given a Toyota Corolla, which they claimed was a midsize car! I had booked a car for four people, and this was entirely inadequate. On top of that, the Corolla they gave me had severely damaged and scratched front tires and rims. I would not feel safe driving it on the highway.
The registration staff were rude, as if I owed them money, and their attitude was disgusting. This rental company is nothing short of a scam, and I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from it.
