So I thought pictures shouldn't be hard to get. But none of the pictures we got from them turned out remotely as gorgeous as the ones we took ourselves the next day when we had a small party there. The downtown lights were muted which I'm perplexed about because it's so bright and there's so much of it out there. My other issue is that we specifically asked for him not to be all up in our faces during the proposal to allow for more privacy and a special moment. But he strong-handed us into making a big scene and deal of it and I say that because during the session I said no and yet he did it anyway. It ended up ruining the proposal and I would have expected more from such a highly rated photographer. That is a once in a lifetime thing and he decided he wanted to ruin it.

Jeff Meloni, who I believe is the in-house graphic designer at this location, was able to resize and erase the background of my flower image, and it turned out AMAZING! Way better than I expected. The vellum page also looked great and the paper was high quality. Jeff and Cheri were both very easy to work with, understood my vision for what I wanted, and executed quickly. The whole process, including the proofs, took less than a week. Cheri was super quick with her email responses, and I'm so surprised and impressed by how quickly I was able to get this done and how incredible it turned out. This is a belated review, but one that is well deserved…read more I was trying to have some "Save the Date" cards printed, and contacted many different print shops around Houston. I was working on a short timeline, and needed them printed under a quicker turnaround time than other print shops were willing to do. I was becoming frustrated because I was going to be charged hefty fees for either a "quick turnaround" (which would not have met my deadline), or an "access fee" so that the designers could view my design on a computer (no additional work needed to be done), or outrageous finishing fees (charges per cut, per invitation). I contacted Alfred, and everything just fell into place. No questions asked. I e-mailed him my design, and he said everything looked good. I went to the shop on the same day, and he had a proof waiting for me. We went through paper options. Even though he didn't have the paper I wanted, he placed a next day order for me! I didn't even need to tell him I was pressed for time. The timeline he gave me was shorter than I needed it to be. Alfred was also incredibly patient and helpful with my indecisiveness and pickiness about paper. Everything was so easy. From what I could tell, he works with two other people in the small office.
