Came through when I needed them…read more Long story as short as possible - I had went to one of their other locations to pick up something for my son, but they didn't have it there. They ended up having it here and agreed to hold it for me to come the next day (it was also the last one they had). So I ended up here. I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before and was now in my second one in less than 24 hours - and just like the other location, I was impressed overall with the neatness, selections, and the friendly employees. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was here and that certainly does go a long way. I found the jacket that they held for me and my son was happy to have gotten the jacket he wanted. I was appreciative they held it. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is more than enough parking spaces in the large lot. While I don't live in the immediate area, I'd definitely come here again.

I came into the store attempting to purchase something for Mother's Day. The two women that were closing the store on May 12th couldn't be bothered to offer me more than a "hello". I shop with precision, so I zeroed in on what I set my sights on. I B-lined to the back of an empty store and I grabbed the shoe. I turned waiting for someone to acknowledge I needed a size so I can make the purchase. 10 minutes later, with shoe in hand.... another couple walked in whom she seemed delighted to help. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere two doors down and bought what I needed. The service has dramatically gone down.
