This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered 2 pairs of elastic waist pants for a young man who is wheelchair bound but also stands and walks some. He needed the pants for work. I ordered a size small, they were like balloons the legs were really wide and when he sat there was a huge amount of material in his lap. So i went to return them knowing i would have to pay for shipping which ended up being $14.14. So i spent a total of $19 with nothing in return. When i called they said sorry, we are unable to reimburse any of the shipping costs. I would never recommend or use this company again unless you are totally prepared to spend all shipping costs and product was totally unexceptable. read more

Ordered 3 pairs of zip-up shorts for my son, who was about to undergo hip surgery. I paid significantly extra for quick shipping for the already overpriced shorts, to ensure we had them in time of discharge from the hospital. They arrived in time, but the zippers were broken, making the shorts completely unusable. Instead, my son left the hospital in a diaper and blankets. I called a few days after (as you can imagine, this is not something top of mind for a sleep derived parent of a child with special needs), and spoke to what I assume to be the owners. They IMMEDIATELY passed the blame and tried to tell me WHY the shorts were broken. I don't care, and not sure ANY parent in my situation would. The ask was simple: fix YOUR mistake. And quickly. They "fixed" the mistake not by overnighting new pairs of zipper shorts, but by ground shipping two thrown together pieces of trash. Pictures are attached, but the quality is truly terrible. The "fixed" shorts have exposed metal at the waistband ON BOTH NEW PAIRS. What these owners DO NOT understand, is the perspective of a special needs parent. Their careless error could have re-opened the wounds from surgery, as they are in the EXACT location at the hip as the incision site. Their carelessness is disgusting. Just to be very clear: this was their response after already dropping the ball and sending us unusable shorts. I hope someone reading this sees how negligent these business owners are--PLZ BUY ELSEWHERE! read more
