He also relocated another tree of ours from a pot to a permanent location in our backyard. Jason and his crew (Kevin did our work) were extremely professional and obviously enjoy what they do. They did both jobs in record time coming in under the original estimate. They also provided a lot of tips to ensure our new trees would thrive in their new environment. Using the yelp app, I typed in "tree removal" and after reading the reviews (plus the hidden ones) I text Jason, he quickly replied and we set up a time for him to drop by to give me some options. It was decided that removing the tree was the best route. He even suggested us to remove another wee tree (i thought it was a bush) that was growing up the side of our fencing. It looked harmless to me but Jason told me that it was a super fast grower. The trees where gone, the place cleaned up and a very fairly priced invoice sent to me within the week. The real beauty of all this was I never even had to meet him in person. This was all taken care of without me needing to be there. Awesome communicator. We look forward to using his services again, this time for pruning. Perhaps, I'll get to meet this great guy face to face. ;)

Aeration was done when the ground was rock hard following a brief drought. None of the seed took properly and it all died in the winter. The company even admitted they did the aeration at the wrong time. When I tried to cancel, I was offered free aeration and seeding to try to make-up for the lack of progress on my lawn. I reluctantly agreed to the additional free service to see if their could be any improvement. What they didn't say was that by agreeing to the extra free service I was also signing up for a full extra year of service I had not asked for. After I got billed for liming and moss control I didn't want, I again cancelled but they claimed I could not get any free services if I didn't get the whole package of service. To their credit they were polite and they did effectively kill many of my weeds and a couple places on my lawn are better, but overall totally not worth the money. What they are good at is putting little plastic flags advertising their services on your yard.
