The crew used safe, careful removal procedures that protected both my property and their workers. They were very mindful of the lawn, asked questions when anything about the job needed clarification, and cleaned up the worksite when they were done. They also used newer equipment that allowed them to cut and place sections of the trees safely with a single machine, rather than relying only on the older method of climbing, tying, cutting, and lowering pieces by hand. That made a big difference given how close some of the trees were to the house. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Andy's Tree Service LLC.

Three very large oak trees had extensive growth extending over my roof. My insurance company had demanded that they be trimmed back. In addition, a gutter downspout was draining directly onto my driveway which they wanted me to redirect. Chris and his crew trimmed the trees exactly as discussed. He was able to set up his equipment in my driveway so as to traverse all areas and trim trees in the front of the house. He used a ladder and ropes to get up to trim tree branches in the backyard. There was no damage to my yard. All fallen branches were put in a wood chipper and carted away. the yard was raked clean. It was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. Chris brought a section of gutter with him which he used to redirect water from my driveway. I was both surprised and pleased. Cost for the above was very reasonable.

It was a difficult operation as they had to work from a neighbors yard and aces the trees by reaching over the neighbors house, power lines etc. Mike took care to protect the property and work with the neighbor, who was difficult. His crew brought in a 110 ton crane with a 140 foot reach. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was finished in less than half the time of other estimates and at just over half the cost of other companies. They've had a problem with invasive woody suckers, which they've cut down and just left on the ground making walking even more treacherous. We actually found some good ones among the pre-cut which, judging by the size of the trunks, were way overgrown trees cut down to 7-8 ft. (very heavy). They were trimmed, too. Don't waste your time with "cut your own" or just go somewhere where the farmers take care of their crop.

A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such.
