The men that came out to do the job were very polite and talked to me. They we're meticulous making sure not to get any extra sealcoat on the grass or n the rocks. I was very impressed with the professionalism. I highly recommend this company to do any sort of driveway sealing or patchwork. Then they called me (Ana) and ask me what I thought of the job. She was so friendly and so informative that I really appreciate it talking to her. She even told me that I will be on the books for next year and they will call me to remind me to schedule. That is 10 of 10 rating for customer service. I've used four different companies in the past years no one offered this service.

We've been bringing our bikes to Keith's bike and mower for many years and have always got…read moreexcellent service. Keith is very personable and friendly. I like that I can call the owner on the phone if I have a question. I trust him and won't bring my bikes to anyone else when they need repairs. Because I am also a business owner, Keith asked my advice about a recent bad review by Dan S. and after talking with him I feel I should debunk it. Keith's description of the situation couldn't be more different than Dan S. posted on Yelp. Keith said Dan S. came in and had two bike repaired and he repaired them to his usual high standard. Dan S. called a few days later saying he heard a noise on one of the bikes. Keith said to bring it back in to be adjusted for free. The problem was an adjustment and was fixed in five minutes. Then on the way out the door Dan S. stated out of the blue that his wife fell off the other bike because a pedal fell off and started saying Keith was negligent and complaining that he wanted his money back. Keith told me he was very respectful to Dan S. but could not be held responsible for what happened with the bike days after the repairs were done and asked why Dan S. didnt bring in the bike since it was a serious accusation. Dan S. had no answer for him and left angry. Sounds like a shakedown to me having gone through it myself. Guy wanted something for nothing and Keith didn't give in. Keep up the good work Keith we're rooting for you against all the trolls on Yelp!

Took my chainsaw there for a tuneup. 5 weeks later - oh we're really busy with lawn tractors right…read morenow. 2 weeks later - I'll try. and get on it. 1 week later - come and get it. They replaced the fuel lines, replaced the spark plug, new carb but couldn't get it to start. Said sorry, gave me a bag of parts and charged $20. Ok, $20 is fair for work performed. However, the new spark plug wasn't really new, it was a newer used plug and it wasn't even the correct plug. They never put the gasket between carb and cylinder on, and never re-installed a spring loaded choke. So, took it to another shop, that actually jumped on it while I was there, got it running like a champ in 30 minutes and said who ever worked on it previously wasn't the best. I'm happy for those who are satisfied with Keith's and he's a nice guy, but I'm finished with people who says one thing and then do another. Most amazing is the wrong plug (a new one at Menard's is less than $4). Shake my head.

He was on time, professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. While he was working on the crawlspace, Nick even went up into the attic to check an area that caught his attention. He discovered some mold there as well and took care of it without charging me anything extra. That really showed me that he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. The crawlspace looks great, everything was handled thoroughly, and I felt like I could completely trust him. If you're looking for someone who is honest, dependable, thorough, and takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Nick. Five stars all the way!

They promptly replied, that it was 14 years old (we bought the house 3 years ago & didn't know how old it was), explained which part was bad, told they is they don't make it anymore, & unfortunately it was on its last legs. Rather than charge us for a service call to tell us in person what we suspected, that we need to buy a new one, they were kind & upstanding & told us via email. They also recommended a brand, as well as which brand to avoid. When we went to purchase the new 'fridge, the sales person confirmed everything Mike's said.
