He told me he worked on $2 million houses pretty much saying my house wasn't worth nothing. For $16,000 and you figure you'll get an ultimate supreme job. But I have gaps in my doors and they don't close right. Then they came out and said we have to replace a skin coming in a month that the contractor damage. They said there was gonna be no Barewood around the doors or bottom and there is. As it sits right now, it's not worth the money for them to come out and put doors in. There's a lot other places can get it done cheaper. I been on and off the phone trying get this done so my security system guy can come over and finish up his job. The company does not take ownership of the damage and incorrectly that they install the doors. And we don't even want to talk about communication you better just hang that up. They would have really good communication with you at first until you sign the papers to purchase the doors and windows but after that, just hang it up, you won't get a call for a long time.

After the job was finished they came back and said I needed to add vents to the house & the city failed my house inspection. So they wanted me to pay an additional $960.00 to add vents. Where was the project manager? Why didn't the professionals know my house should have vents? Why did I find 25-30 roofing nails on my property when the job was done! Shoddy work. Would not recommend.

We ended up calling out a fireplace tech who found that the wrong (non-identical) cap had been placed on the chimney. It cost us around $400 to order a new cap and pay for two service calls. We contacted Luke at Dingers and he promised to "make it right." However, he is currently ghosting us and not responding to the invoices we have sent him. If you use them, be prepared that they will likely not stand behind their work. Very frustrated.
