In fact, nothing was ever resolved and after spending *thousands* I stopped going. In December I began to struggle with my heel, and one day, stepped wrong and had severe pain. I got a referral to see Dr. Mueller again and had a diagnosis and help to heal in no time at all. The staff can never answer questions when asked and repeatedly blame the problems on someone else ("well I'm not the one who sends faxes"; "I'll have to have the person responsible call you back"). You never receive calls back and can call all day to no avail. They will never have answers for you. No matter how many times your PCP, or podiatrist sends their orders to Sports and Wellness, they claim they don't receive them. This has happened to multiples of my clients who desperately need their diabetic shoes. Just sickening.

The nurse and office staff were very professional and helpful. I believe I found myself a great podiatrist. I won't see them until next year unless something comes up. I should mention that they do require a credit/debit card to be in file and will charge the card if the account is over 90 days delinquent.
