Allergy season was a nightmare because I'm allergic to cedar fever and ragweed, and I could hardly breathe. Dr. Krzeminski recommended surgery, and although I was super nervous and put it off for a year, I finally went through with it. After the surgery, I can breathe tremendously better--just like he said I would. The nurses were fantastic and calmed me down when I was anxious. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I forgot my CareCredit card. She looked up my account so I didn't have to run back home. Overall, the entire staff at Lakeshore ENT has been amazing. My quality of life is so much better now, especially during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Krzeminski and the whole team. They truly made a huge difference for me."

From EVERY appointment being 45mins to 1 hour late, to lack of communication, to non-existent follow-up (still waiting on a call from December 2024 when I specifically asked if they would call me right back...yep, yep....NOPE!!) To seeing a different PA every time I go in, which means you have to start all your medical history explanation over, in fact, haven't even seen Dr. Smith in YEARS... My appointment was at 8:30am...and as per normal I pride myself getting there 15-20minutes early just to make sure all is ready so there is no delay... After 9:30am (1 hr after my appointment was suppose to be / 1 hr 20minutes since I walked in the door) I got up and left. Heck they open at 8:00am--how can you be 1+ Hrs behind and you only opened 30 minutes ago?? If the customer / patient was this late or missed an appointment then there are penalties associated with that (which I agree), but what happens when the clinic is over 1hr late??? Doesn't seem fair, my time is just as important as your time...and I am the Patient / Customer who is PAYING for the service. Used to be a great place, but either Dr Smith has taken in too many patients, they lack proper scheduling training, or purposefully they are just cramming as many cattle into the trailer as they can to turn a profit...either way, customer service has gone to heck...and too many other Doctors in Granbury to waste my time. His bedside manner is decent, pretty…read morethorough, a bit serious, but hey, as long as the doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, that's what matters. He ordered an MRI since I'm a competitive athlete and needed to know the extent of the injury. Then his assistant called me with "results" that were very vague; I had questions she couldn't answer, and they don't do "follow-ups" to go over results. What? I had to request the follow-up by complaining, then they finally got me in. During the follow-up, he explained the extent of the injury and what it meant (how long I would have to offload, physical therapy, etc.). He stated his team would get back to me immediately to refer me to a physical therapy/rehab place he recommended. Well, that call never came. It's been 2 months, and they never followed through, not even to see how I was doing- nothing. I moved from out of state, and the doctors I had in high school and college always followed through with PT and checked in to see how the injured patient/athlete was doing. Zilch. Needless to say, we switched providers to a completely different group in Fort Worth. What a difference! I would never come back here again; so disappointing. I was in so much pain; I expected such a large office that bills so much to insurance to do their job. Maybe they are not very passionate about their careers, but it all comes down to the staff/people you hire and how they are trained. Dr. Blueitt is equally responsible for not following through. Oh, and he lied to us and said he had tried to call our phone numbers- total lie. We answer our phone all the time and had no missed calls after the MRI, which is when we complained that no one called to go over the results, since it was indeed a stress fracture. Avoid this place like the plague if you want thorough, professional care.
