I got a goody bag and the front desk came from behind the desk to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Going back the assistant Alayna was super nice and gave me a tour. I told her about the issues I've been having and she was just very helpful and listened to everything I said or asked. The dentist Dr.Bains was also super nice. She came in checked everything out and explained everything in great detail and if I had any questions she answered them. She referred me to a surgeon and also gave me prices and dates for their surgeon. I will definitely be back !!!! Dr Kent prepped my tooth for a crown and placed a temporary on Tuesday morning. The next morning (a couple hours before my flight) he placed the new permanent crown (the color match was amazingly good). Less than 24 hours - I was so thankful!

My family and I have received dental care with Dr. Denham's office for the past few years and the…read morecare was satisfactory until today. My daughter had an appointment today with Dr. Denham. To begin the day, one of his office staff called my sister a Bitch when she stepped out of the building, and it was said in the presence of my daughter whom is 13 years old. Then, in the process of my daughter receiving her dental treatment, the wire to her newly applied braces was dislodged and in need of replacing, the lady responsible for replacing the wire, begins to speak abruptly and rudely to my 13 year old who was then crying because of the pain she was feeling due to the wire being reapplied. My daughter, filled with anxiety and crying got out of the chair and called me to tell me what had occurred. I then called the office to speak with the office personnel and Dr. Denham. Dr. Denham and his office staff were very insensitive to their patient's comfort and to myself in my concern to how my daughter and my sister were treated by his office staff. Dr. Denham never once acknowledged my concern and of course backed his staff whom were clearly in the wrong. To make a long story short Dr. Denham and his staff were okay with letting my daughter leave their office with the wire from her braces unattached to her brackets and the only response I received from the dental assistant was the "If she is crying , I am not going to work on her and that wire will cut her lips and gums" so insensitive and pathetic. I am a Professional Registered Nurse and have spent many years caring for patients and I would never ever think about treating my patients this way, even if they were a difficult patient, We Are Paying For A Service!!!! A little history - 5 years ago I was referred to a different periodontist for gum recession under one tooth that was also covered by a bridge. That dentist did a gum graft over that area. Recently my primary dentist referred me to Dr. Tingey for another graft since the original one had effectively worn away, leaving that tooth looking just like it had before I got the graft. I am very grateful to Dr. Tingey because his more thorough exam revealed that the recession wasn't exposing the root of the tooth, but rather a composite filling on the root which was apparently put there to support the bridge above it (a long time ago). Therefor no root was exposed, and no graft was needed. Thanks VERY much for that excellent diagnosis. (Just one negative to this is that the graft I received 5 years ago was completely unnecessary! Not really nice to find out.)
