My husband and I bought a 2007 Newmar Ventana. When we went to pick it up the service team told us…read moreeverything worked and they had the air conditioner cranked on but when we got home the air conditioner for the very front, on the dashboard did not work and neither did the furnace. They also tried to tell us they couldn't get an igniter for our stove but we were able to find one on Amazon no problem. We talked to the guy in service named Doug and he said that he just wasn't able to find one which made absolutely no sense. Jake our salesperson told us that the RV drove like it was on air but when we drove it home it was rattling so bad it was crazy, and a month after we had it, the drive shaft fell out on us. The guy I called at the repair place said that someone had to have towed that RV at one time and did not replace that drive shaft correctly. It cost us a little over $3,000 to replace. Plus, our salesman Jake, wanted to sell it to us without giving us the couch that belonged in the camper. The lady just didn't want to get it out of storage which was absolutely ridiculous! We were stuck with some crappy recliner that she left in there but I told him that we weren't going to buy it if they weren't going to give us a couch which he finally did get us one. He also told us that the oil had been changed but apparently it didn't get done at all because when he went to get the paperwork for it, it wasn't done at all! It sat outside Bridge City tire for 3 days and they did absolutely nothing with it and he didn't even bother to check on it. When we went to pick up the camper they had empty light sockets with no bulbs. There was also lights on the outside of the RV that needed replaced and finally they sent us with some that a different repair place put on for us. We both feel they did nothing but lie to us and they knew that some of those things weren't working correctly they just didn't care and the service people definitely didn't act like they cared. We felt like we were nothing but lied to there and we did not get good service and I do not recommend them at all. I have no idea how they've been in business as long as they have. It's such a throwback to the 50s, maybe 60s? It's a complete time warp. I went on bowling night and got to see the very competitive and very serious nature of bowling league. Again, it seem like such a throwback to me. All the decorations, the carpet, the pinball machines, the paint on the wall, the bar haven't been updated in many many many many many years. It's absolutely amazing! The bar was dank, dark, very old but the drinks were very cheap as well and the bartender was very friendly. It's such an awesome place for it's complete disregard on keeping up with the times. It's authentic. Big fan!

It's old school and looks it hasn't had an update since the 1980s so it's unique for sure. There isn't much to do here in Fairfield so I'd recommend bowling here if you're bored 10/10 would bowl a strike again
