I saw some low reviews on here because of their "late policy" and to that I just say that every cycle place has a similar rule. It's for #1 safety #2 when you're new they make sure to help get your bike to the right levels for you, get you shoes(they let you borrow at no charge), and make you feel comfortable by giving you all the info you'll need before class begins. I really appreciated that my first time! (Side note: they do state when you book a class to arrive 10-15 minutes early). I love the sense of community here - I make new friends every time I go! I try to recruit all my friends to cycle, truly because I have so much FUN and I always leave with a good SWEAT!

I have studied under other teachers and nobody compares to master Perry. He is a humble master and therefore creates humble students who know their strengths and weaknesses. Master Perry adapts his instruction to each student to maximize their natural talents and to create the best martial artist they can be. He also knows how to maximize the effectiveness of stomach crunches by telling jokes as the class tries to keep up. Crunching while laughing is extremely difficult and my core has never been stronger because of it. My kids also loved working with master Perry and it gave them something that really builds self-esteem - accomplishment. It also gave them some humility and patience. Master Perry's good attributes rub off on his students too.
