Its size allows convenient movement from one station to another, while some larger facilities require a nearly 1/4-mile walk from end to end. More Pros: There are no stairs. Towels are furnished. No hard sales pitch. No messing around. Everyone from teens to grannies are there to work out, not to play around. Few young kids or kid activities Convenient parking Classes are available Cons (for some): No lap pool No track There is no fancy clubhouse, food counter, or other place to socialize No daycare, gymnastics, swimming, or other kid-friendly options Machines work all the time. Staff are friendly and pretty much invisible. The one personal trainer I see working there seems to be very good.

And if you are in need of treating physical maladies, I recommend seeing a chiropractor first as they are more open to procedures and treatments that work instead of going the pharmaceutical surgical route. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. He did adjustments on my neck before I even knew what he was doing. And he put me in a twist and pressed down hard with my belly on the table and it hurt. I told him it hurt my belly and that twists weren't advised for pregnancy, and then he did it on the other side. The whole appointment felt like I couldn't get a word in, even about my symptoms. I was in pain and trying to show that on my face or trying to ask about what he was doing and felt like I couldn't push back fast enough before he continued with adjustments. I left feeling powerless. Some of the adjustments definitely seemed to help, but it was rough and not much was explained to me. Just left feeling icky.

For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

They are also really patient and willing to talk about any questions or concerns you have. At the end of the day, they always send you home with training tips and exercises to work on at home for consistency. During the day, the dogs get a good balance of training, playing, and socializing so they don't get overwhelmed or bored.
