They are very slow and very disorganized. No one seems to know what's going on and paperwork is always incorrect. This office is too big. It would be OK if they were organized but they aren't. Go anywhere but here unless you have lots of time on your hands and lots of patient to wait until we get things right.

Previously, I had gone to Frederick Foot and Ankle twice. The advice and treatment rendered was…read moresatisfactory. This week I went again on August 5 for a follow-up on an ingrown nail problem. Upon entering I was informed that I would need to check-in via phone or iPad. I said I would do the iPad. I began to fill in the information request on the iPad. I am not exaggerating, about seventeen screens and about 6 minutes later I had been asked about my medical life story. I was asked about everything you can imagine. When I got to the 'what is your sexual orientation' question and not even finished (how long would this go on?) I said enough is enough and refused to complete the 'check in'. All this for an ingrown toenail! I directed the attendant to delete all the information I had input, and I said, if the doctor will not see me without filling this in then I am leaving. The woman said you must complete the registration. With that I walked out. Totally unnecessary and ridiculous. I was treated like a sheep. Where is respect for privacy? They are selling your information. No Sir! Gary

I have had nothing but bad experiences since i started going here. They have been consistently…read moretrying to get me on birth control after telling them why I do not want it in depth, yet they always shove it down my throat like it's a necessity. I did at one point have the bar in my arm from them and when I had to get it removed they used lidocaine which I told them many times did not work for me. I felt every pull from them trying to get it out of my arm, it took 3 of them yanking at my arm for an hour to get it out while I was crying my eyes out in pain. Not only that but I had to have surgery and they scheduled me without any consultation with me at all. They did not take my schedule or work schedule into any consideration. They simply just scheduled me on a day and called to tell me, when I told them that day did not work the nurse, I think her name is Molly, got an attitude with me and kept trying to force me to abide to her wants for MY SURGERY! She even went as far as to push the date through to the intake nurse who called me and was extremely confused when I said I was not having surgery that day and explained I wasn't consulted before scheduling. She apologized for the offices dismissive behavior. The nurse who is supposed to fix the surgery scheduling said she would call me back in 30 minutes, after an hour and a half passed I called back in attempt to get ahold of someone to figure out what was going on. The nurse that answered put me on "hold" but in fact I was not on hold and heard every word from them calling me an impatient b**ch, to them saying I just need to accept the day they want to do the surgery and get over it because it is their decision. I fully understand working with their times as well and expressed that on multiple occasions yet they still are attempting to force me into a day I cannot do. I also have had surgery from them back in February and have a scar that has never healed and every time I have expressed this to them they tell me it'll heal on its own to just give it time. It's been 4 months and I'm still having issues with the "scar" site. They simply are dismissive and do not care about their patients, do not go here, go literally any where else. This place is unprofessional and careless!

Just a note about my outstanding experience with this location…read more Dr Kristin Lumm and her staff have been amazing from the start. I wanted to avoid shoulder surgery so I came to Pivot to explore my options. Dr Lumm and her staff worked with me as well as taught me exercises I could do at home to strengthen my shoulder and the muscles around it. We made tremendous progress, unfortunately the rotator tear was too severe and I opted to go ahead with the surgery. When my Orthopedic Dr. recommended the start of post op Physical Therapy, Pivot was my first AND ONLY call. Janice made scheduling my appointments a breeze. She provided me with a printed list of my appointments as well as made reminder phone calls the day before each appointment to help ensure my therapy progress stayed on track! Keshia and Joslynn went out of their way to push me and encourage me every step of the way. I'd almost say I had fun... (When I didn't want to punch them in the face! ) Dr. Kristin Lumm is made of Awesome. Fact. She's always ready with a smile. Really listened to my goals and developed a plan to get me there. Under her direction and care I'm back to work now. Many, many thanks. Lastly and just a comment about this other review, in the MONTHS of pt and recovery that I personally have spent at this location, I have never once witnessed anything like Lisa D stated. I have in fact seen Spanish speaking patients with translators working together with the staff so I can't even fathom her review. So, as Ygritte from Game of Thrones would say... "Lisa D, you know nothing"

Please consider R2P for your rehab needs and ongoing fitness support…read more From the first call and quick assignment of a therapist and appointment I knew I was in the correct place. Matt (Mannick, DPT), my therapist consistently combined clinical skill with a calm encouraging manner. My concerns of being a 77y female who was minimally to moderately active were concerns of being treated as 'old' were immediately removed. The programs Matt designed were respectfully age-related while remained challenging strength, balance and endurance so that I could safely continue doing the exercises at home. My presenting symptoms (sciatic pain) were treated swiftly allowing me to continue activities without pain. And additionally, he got my frequent sense of humor comments. My experience is with the Frederick location. However, want to add the population in Hagerstown and surrounding area are fortunate to have Matt available to you at the Williamsport location.
