I was blissfully sheltered by my parents so it was quite overwhelming when I had to go out and get it myself. The moment I walked in the office I felt welcomed. They took the time to explain all my options and were very patient with me. They gave my a lot of different options that would work for me and my budget and never once did I feel pressured to buy insurance that I didn't need. They are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, always willing to help when I have a question. I send all my friends and family here and they are just as happy as I am!

They are happy to…read morecollect the money I pay to cover my kids' healthcare, but anytime I have a claim, they automatically deny it. They have denied, because my child's employer (??) should be covering him. He was 12 (and unemployed) at the time. A year later, they denied treatment for a broken ankle, because they determined that it was a workplace injury?? Now my other child has been denied coverage, because they need proof that I am divorced. I am not divorced. I've heard rumblings that my employer is looking at other providers. Can't happen soon enough!
