I love Valley Home Services! They installed two heat pumps…read morein my home. They sent out a gentleman to give me a quote (which was the final price also). In not too long they came to install the heat pumps. The installation went without a fuss or a mess. The installer took his time to explain the system to me. Before anyone came to my house I received a text with a picture and name of the representative. They also gave me an ETA (which was accurate) A few months later it didn't seem as if one of the heat pumps was heating as well as the other. I called the office and a very nice lady walked me through trouble shooting the unit. It worked! She even sent me the instructions in case I needed to trouble shoot it again, but said if I needed help to just call the office. I would use Valley Home Services for any service that they offer!
