Unfortunately my current employer uses more local print services so I don't get to throw as much business their way as I used to. My proofs were printed wrong twice, however, Chris from Customer Service helped me get timely electronic proofs on the phone so I don't miss my printing deadline even though it wasn't necessarily their procedure. The products came out great, and the pick up location opened late, which was really helpful for us as we had to travel up from another state after work on a Friday. Their website maintenance definitely needs some help as sometimes things do not update as fast as the changes that are made, and the display of bills may not be the same as your bill if you had any billing adjustments. Customer service can help adjust everything if needed. They frequently offer deals and discounts online too, just another +. Definitely would do business with PsPrint again!

Can't say enough about John at Tech Photo. We thought our large, priceless family portrait photo…read morewas ruined from chemical spray, scratches and fading over the past 40 years. I found Tech Photo old school, in local yellow pages. Made an appointment and he explained everything in detail what he would do to try to bring back as much of the original as possible. He showed me samples of his recent work and I was duly impressed with the before and after. So I left him with our portrait and went on vacation. I came back in about 10 days later to see the results. We saw colors that we had forgotten. Horrible chemical smears across faces from polish spray (photo was not under glass when "glass" was sprayed to be cleaned!) completely restored as if just taken. Picture was reprinted on much higher quality archival type photo paper, not likely to fade for at least 50 years. I highly recommend John at Tech Photo to anyone who needs to restore or touch up precious photos. He does a lot of commercial work too, with up to 6 foot tall by almost unlimited width canvases also.
