This restaurant overlooking Amiens Square. We got the Ficelle Saumon epinard. It is cheese casserole with salmon and spinach. Very interesting. The cheese is just like the string when you pull it. We also got one with Ficelle Normande. This is a chicken dish with cheese. Again both dish is interesting to us for experience the fist dish in France. Overall service is good. Great to have the seat out side at the square for cooler weather. Food come out on time. French waitstaff is very professional. Love to be treated nicely.
